Trump Election Interference / Falsification of Business Records Criminal Trial (Trump guilty on all 34 Counts) (2 Viewers)

What will happen now that former President Donald Trump was found guilty (in 34 counts) by the jury?
    *
Speculation on the judge relating to sentencing?
    *
    Appeals?
    *
    Political Damage?

I'm stunned. I didn't think there was any way that they could achieve a unanimous decision. You only had to slip in one juror to create a hung jury.

And of all the charges against him, this case didn't seem as solid as the classified documents and especially the Georgia "find me 11K+ votes phone recording."

Liz Cheney must be chuckling over a glass of wine right now.

He's Trump, so he has to continue to get beneficial treatment.

It's also a non-violent felony, so that's probably the reason he even has the option to be released until sentencing.

It's just the nature of him being an ex-president. They would have to figure out how to house him with SS agents rotating shifts in the prison.

lucky his words are going to be pretty harmful for the sentencing. can you get a top secret clearance if your a felon???
You technically can, but it definitely will hurt your case when applying for clearance. If he becomes President Felon, then they'd have no choice but to grant the clearance because of the need to know nature of the job and there's no constitutional prohibition on felons becoming President.

But maybe there's more to it than I know. Not sure.

Since Cohen went to jail for charges of tax evasion, making false statements to a federally-insured bank, and campaign finance violations, doesn't that justify Trump doing jail as well? I think only the campaign finance was associated with Trump, but that carries a maximum of 5 years in prison.

Sentencing is July 11. The first debate is June 27. It’s a perfect window where the sentence doesn’t matter, only that Trump is a convicted felon.

I just want Biden to blame any debate microphone feedback as interference from Trump’s ankle monitor.

trump forced them to to give his son in law a clearance when he would not qualify.
