It’s so repulsive to see people cheering for what is basically 80% the same thing as the Holocaust - different end result but otherwise very similar.

Economists have said it would tank the economy and cause inflation - notwithstanding the cost.

Is it going to actually happen or is this Build The Wall 2.0?

Trump is like the person who dumps puppies out in somebody else’s yard. I don’t think much of people who do that shirt.

This clearly violates the case law on what makes probable cause for immigration questioning.

it's interesting to watch all the deportation flights being denied landing in Latin America (Colombia refused a flight)... I wonder what the end game will be on this.

And not a single, so called, fiscal conservatives will say a thing about these costly cross-country tour flights.

What's typically required for probable cause?

We talked about the caselaw earlier in this thread - you can probably search the thread and find it. But basically it is highly contextual/circumstantial but it can’t be “he looks possibly Mexican”. The officer has to have a genuine reason to suspect the individual might be illegal. What that is can vary but appearance or even an accent (or lack of English) alone isn’t enough.

He is like a broken record. Keeps doing the same thing over and over again. Tarifs, Tarifs, Tarifs. A spoiled child who gets a fit when people don't say how high when he say jump!
Noticed he didn’t order 25% tariffs on Mexico who also did the same thing. The man is like a middle school bully.

I read that the brief filed to try to deny birthright citizenship proposes that Native Americans also do not qualify for citizenship due to their tribal affiliation.

So, they are going all out against Native Americans, among other groups.

Well there is a not of valuable ressources on native lands so.....

Not to mention a whole lot of casinos

Trump is so stupid that he thinks this move will punish Columbia. Instead it will punish importers. Oh, and the consumer.

Start paying attention to the produce sections.

It’s not the fires.
