This election nonsense by Trump may end up splitting up the Republican Party. I just don’t see how the one third (?) who are principled conservatives can stay in the same party with Trump sycophants who are willing to sign onto the TX Supreme Court case.

We also saw the alt right types chanting “destroy the GOP” in Washington today because they didn’t keep Trump in power. I think the Q types will also hold the same ill will toward the traditional Republican Party. In fact its quite possible that all the voters who are really in a Trump personality cult will also blame the GOP for his loss. It’s only a matter of time IMO before Trump himself gets around to blaming the GOP.

There is some discussion of this on Twitter. What do you all think?

So GOP blocked the IVF act again today. They put out a statement saying they support the right for people to access IVF, and then kill the bill.

Also Gov. Sanders is a piece of shirt.

Senator Kennedy was trending so i looked. Now you have to see his shameless behavior too:

What a hateful man. Maybe he was just raised that way and doesn't know better.

He was one of those who spent Fourth of July with Putin a few years back. With the recent exposures of the inner working of the Russian disinformation machine...

He inspired me to send this out to the offices of Landry, Scalise, Johnson, Graves and Kennedy:

    Sen. Kennedy,

First thing I would like to say Senator, I would like to congratulate you for inspiring me to compose my first letter to address ANY elected official, I have NEVER been so compelled to do so in my entire adult life until today. Of all the appalling and embarrassing things you have done since your time in Congress, your performance today has inspired me to voice my displeasure directly to you so that YOU will know what this resident of Louisiana think of your actions.

I found your performance completely disrespectful and it served no purpose but to humiliate Ms. Berry, a woman who was invited to testify before the Judiciary Committee. I take that back, it also served to further the MAIN agenda of the GOP and that is to further division amongst our fellow Americans so that Republicans can maintain their weak grasp of power. You have forgotten that you were elected to represent ALL of Louisiana, not just your voters. Your behavior today was abhorrent and this VOTER is now energized to ensure that you will not be elected to office ever again.

I have known, for quite some time, a main tenet of the Republican Party’s is they require ZERO INTEGRITY for membership and inspiration of hate is a plus, so I’m not surprised that you would subscribe to such antics while campaigning. I expect more from you and your fellow congressmen while you are performing your service to the American People. You would have done a greater service to all Louisianans if you just drank that Weed-Killer!

    IT'S NOT TOO LATE!

I'm not holding my breath waiting for a response.

Your last line will probably get you a response from law enforcement. Keep an attorney on speed dial just in case.

Did anyone else notice how she said

“Arab Americans, Jewish Americans, Muslim Americans, black people, and Asian Americans”

I’m not saying it necessarily means anything, but I certainly noticed it
Yeah, in that context, definitely awkward comment. Maybe black Americans or African Americans? Wonder what would be best way to word that.
