    Anyone have any predictions?

If I had to put money on it, I would pick Sanders as winning.

But there will be more stories than just who wins. IMO - For Warren, Mayor Pete, and Klobuchar it could be feast or famine. A distant 5th or even 4th could effectively end a campaign. Obviously a strong 3rd, and certainly anything higher will provide a huge boost.
I think Warren might be best positioned to withstand a bad night given she has NH coming up next.

Its no fun waking up excited to see the final score of the big game only to discover the referees are still on a conference call trying to come up with a score.

Even the most liberal news sources are calling it a complete disaster.
John Kerry was overheard saying if Bernie won it would break the party.

It will be fun to watch Pete backtrack on his claim of winning by saying he actually meant it was a moral victory for his campaign to finish second or third.

I hope he doesn't bother spending any time on backtracking. It doesn't matter. Iowa blew it.

Pete is the best hope to prevent us from having to settle for Bloomberg at this point.

It was a shirt show to say the least. I think it is time for Iowa to get the axe for being the first primary. They screwed it up with Romney and Santorum for the GOP in 2012 and now the Dems. Put it in a different state. I know they need it to be a smaller state because a large state can take weeks to get all the results but what is the true bell weather state now?

In the climate today's social media, I don't think there is a true bell weather state in the traditional sense of the term. It's more like there are bell weather online communities, I guess.

Agreed, Iowa has taken on all the trappings of a carnival sideshow. It's all too much.

Yes, GOP Iowa 2012 was a disaster. 2 weeks, right?

Republicans shouldn't throw stones. I know Cruz already has.

It's a bad look. I didn't even know about Iowa in 2012 until I saw Santorum talking about it last night. GOP is going to take advantage of this as they rightly should. If the other guy screws up, you use it.

In the scheme of things, no one will remember this in a month from now. It really hurt Buttigeg(cant spell his name). He was banking on Iowa for getting donation support for the following primaries. Warren, Sanders and Biden really didn't lose anything over this. If anything it helped all of them because Warren and Sanders were polling well in NH and will maintain that momentum most likely and Biden was expecting mediocre results in Iowa.

Imagine spending a year of your life and like $50 million pretending to enjoy eating corn dogs with sweaty people and looking at butter shaped into animals so those people will literally go stand in your corner at a high school gym for two hours. And then you don't even find out what place you came in because instead of using voting machines someone just counted people and entered numbers into a busted app. It's rare to make fun of other dysfunctional states being from Louisiana but Iowa, what are you doing?

Well Iowa does keep voting in Steven King to the House.
