    There has been an interest in discussing the role of drag queens in the public arena, and what is appropriate with children. This specifically was an area of concern:

    So, are there dangers present in transgenders reading stories to children. If so, what are they? What is government's role in this? Is it a local or federal issue?

    Lets see... Who watched the video?

    @dtc - did you?
    @samiam5211 - Did you?
    @V Chip - did you?
    @UncleTrvlingJim - did you?
    @Dragon - did you?
    @cuddlemonkey - did you?

    How many here watched the video?

    Yes.

    Can you tell us why you think it’s bad that children are being more informed about the world they were born into?

    Do you have a problem with it because you feel it will increase the number of people who are homosexual or trans?

    First off, I really don;t want to debate with anyone who didn;t watch the video...

    Do you have a problem with it because you feel it will increase the number of people who are homosexual or trans? Oh Pulleezzeee.. I don't think I am worried that this world is gonna get over run by gay people. Liberals maybe, but not gay people... lol

    That is a kind of terrible question don;t you think? I mean if this is what you think I really have a problem with, then you don;t know or understand me or a lot of people at all.

    Can you tell us why you think it’s bad that children are being more informed about the world they were born into? How elegant, is this like DQSH is expanding literature to our kids in an effort the get them to read more???...

    I think that You Jim are the closest. It is about the sexualization of the kids... But I think more importantly with me that fact that it's acceptance due to no other reason than being liberal or woke... I mean I really have a problem when someone says: "It's not something appropriate for my kids, but it's ok for other kids because the parents have rights." I really find something wrong with that approach...

    Let's hear what this Drag Queen has to say....

    I thought you weren't going to debate anymore, as of yesterday.

    Well.. CoolBrees drug me out with this comment.

    And I was just thinking how unbelievable the irony dripping would be of someone that worked in a sex industry, a strip club perhaps, making judgements on others parenting skills when it comes to sexual exposure to kids. Sorry I have crazy thoughts sometimes.

    Couldn;t resist...

    So, first of all, I didn't say it wasn't something appropriate for my kids. I said it wasn't something I'd bring my kids to. I wouldn't bring my kids to lacrosse games either. But I'm fine with other people bringing their kids. Lacrosse isn't something I'm into, and my kids have never expressed any interest in lacrosse, so I feel no need to bring them to a lacrosse game. If one of my kids started getting interested in flinging a ball in a net on a stick and started to feel weird about it, I'd bring them to a lacrosse game to show them that this world exists and they have an outlet for this innate desire.

    I don't see any of those videos promoting any kind of sexualization. There was no talk of sex at all, and the clothing those men wore were not sexually suggestive at all.

    And I don't really get your statement on "that fact that it's acceptance due to no other reason than being liberal or woke." Why do you think that. You've already said that you accept gays and drag queens, and you're neither liberal nor woke. So I don't get where you're going with that.

    I think you know that some kids are very likely gay from an early age. And I think you know that some little boys like to wear dresses on their own with no pressure or influence from their parents. Right? And I think you also know that those kids tend to be picked on in school, and sometimes face ostracization. Do you think it's wrong for them to discover that they are not alone and that there are other people like them?

    And this is one of the issues... Right here Jim... I just posted a video of a Drag Queen herself telling everyone why this is not a good idea.. How bad it is for the Kids and the Gay community itself... and Yet.. You and others continue to try and find reasons the support it... Gotta stay Woke I guess. Not even hearing the words of someone "IN" the industry. Which are replicating mine.

    I just got to shake my head.

    I don't eat liver. I don't feed my kids liver. And here you are telling me because I don't like liver it's not ok for others.

    That's a really, really un-American thing to say.

    I don't like Nascar. I think it's the stupidest thing on earth. I would NEVER expose my kids to strippers or those who work in that sort of environment. Should we illegalize them? I have no problem going to strip clubs, but they're inappropriate for my kid. I find Trump supporters to be approaching a level that is beneath the dignity of those who I would associate with.

    Can I ban them?

    This is another really odd argument.

    You are telling us its inappropriate to listen to drag queens because they might influence impressionable children right on the same page where you're telling us to listen to drag queens because they're drag queens.

    You guys realize that you are comparing taking your kids to go see Drag Queens and promotion of gay lifestyles to eating liver and Alabama football don't you?

    @dtc I gotta comment on this line sir.
    I have no problem going to strip clubs, but they're inappropriate for my kid.

    That is the whole point my friend. Your an adult and you can do what you want to do, The kid has not grown up yet and has yet to make up their own mind or start deciding for themselves... Especially toddlers which this is directed to.

    But I do have to ask.. If you did have toddlers, say 4 year olds... And people were taking their 4 year old to go and see strippers... Would you still support the parents right to do so?

    Do you think kids need to watch a teddy bear on a show called queer kid stuff?

    Google has refused to sell advertising to queer kids stuff tv. QKS is filing a lawsuit against them. Does google have the right to refuse service?

    edit - Btw... You are telling us its inappropriate to listen to drag queens because they might influence impressionable children right on the same page where you're telling us to listen to drag queens because they're drag queens.

    In this scenerio the Drag Queen is talking to the adults in the room responsible for making choices for the child... Not the children themselves.

    Hearing from one person of a group who disagrees with something that others in the group believe is no more proof of anything than hearing from a centenarian who drinks whiskey and smokes a cigar every day is proof that medical professionals are wrong. People are different and have varying ideas and opinions on so many things.

    As to your latest dig against the word "woke" I am reminded of a favorite saying of mine (you can read it with "woke" in place of "PC"):

    We have now reached the point where every goon with a grievance, every bitter bigot, merely has to place the prefix, ‘I know this is not politically correct, but…’ in front of the usual string of insults in order to be not just safe from criticism, but actually a card, a lad, even a hero. Conversely, to talk about poverty and inequality, to draw attention to the reality that discrimination and injustice are still facts of life, is to commit the sin of political correctness. Anti-PC has become the latest cover for creeps. It is a godsend for every curmudgeon and crank, from fascists to the merely smug.
