Trump Election Interference / Falsification of Business Records Criminal Trial (Trump guilty on all 34 Counts) (1 Viewer)

What will happen now that former President Donald Trump was found guilty (in 34 counts) by the jury?
    *
Speculation on the judge relating to sentencing?
    *
    Appeals?
    *
    Political Damage?

Oh someone gonna be gagged alright. :hihi:

What would be awesome is Trump flipping out when he sees her on the stand.

i think he keeps his composure somewhat in the court. Its post court barricade podium and the evening hours/idle time im interested in.

they are attempting to connect $12,000 payment by DNC = Underwood filing charges against Trump Foundation ( while Colangalo was deputy DA ) = Colangalo is bought and paid for by Democrats.

Its absolutely crazy to think this $12,000 payment in any way is somehow related to the current proceedings, but for some, its just more proof that this is all orchestrated by Biden/Dems etc. It HAS to be. They know Trump is a criminal, but he is THEIR criminal.

I have known lawyers that work for various government agencies, state and federal. I know for a fact that they are allowed to do outside work, for pay, if they follow their agency's rule for authorization to do it . . . which includes conflicts checks and review under the relevant ethics rules.

Matthew Colangelo, JD Harvard law, assistant White House counsel, Acting Associate Attorney General, Deputy Director of the National Economic Council, and "Distinguished Lecturer" at Georgetown Law didn't take $12,000 from the DNC to secure charges against the Trump Foundation.

Unlike some attorneys we have seen in the past few years who became completely lost in the fog of Trumpism and now find themselves disbarred, under threat of disbarment or serious sanction, or criminally indicted, most lawyers - and I'm not referring to any "side" of the tribal landscape, I truly mean most - with these kinds of distinguished resumes are (1) principled enough to avoid sanctionable behavior and (2) smart enough to avoid serious scrutiny by keeping it clean.

But, but, SFL said it, so it must be true! Well, technically the tweet he posted, but yeah.

Your hypocrisy makes everyone laugh at these things.

What is your point? Are you of the opinion that public servants shouldn't receive emoluments while in office?

A Trump supporter can't seriously answer yes to that question.

Why are you posting this then?

You should change your username to "Onlywhentheydoit"

Okay, if this is true, and Trump attends a campaign event instead of Barton’s graduation, would he be in trouble with the judge?

In all fairness…it appears that Barrons graduation is supposed to be that morning. Figure a few hours, Trump should be able to attend it, hop on his jet, and make it to Minnesota that evening.

Plus the fundraiser is during the evening on a Friday. They wouldn't be in court regardless.

I wonder if the defense will do any serious cross examination of Stormy. There is little to gain, and every question they ask risks her saying something that will insult/upset Trump or make him look bad.

It's hilarious he is coming to Minnesota. A state that hasn't voted for a Republican in over 50 years.

They obviously think RFK is going to pull votes the way the Libertarian/Green party did in 2016. RFK is to conservative for this state though.

you mean by the lawyer that agreed with trump that the gag order stopped him from testifying?

Ok thanks. I couldn’t find any credible time line for the graduation.

I had to search out of curiosity after reading this. They voted for Eisenhower in 52 and 56. They also voted Nixon in 72.
They were the only state to vote for Walter Mondell in 1984. You're right. Trump doesn't have a snow balls chance in hell
    winning Mn.
