Apparently the New Orleans Pelicans were considering becoming Rougarou back when they were the Hornets. They filed for the trademark rights for that name.

Yeah, sad, a misstep, a team choosing to be flock of Pelicans, when they could have been a pack of Werewolves.
So apparently a recent duplicate thread was merged into this one, but instead of placing those posts chronologically so they'd appear at the end of this thread, they're appearing at the beginning, alternating with the original thread posts. Weird.

according to Pew,it depends on what type of poll. The most inaccurate ones are those asking
about personal income,and do you have a retirement account? She is right though,political polls
have a 3% margin of error,and that is huge.
Does public opinion polling about issues still work?
National polls like the Center’s come within a few percentage points, on average, of benchmarks from high response rate federal surveys.

Yea, that merge didn't work well.
The RNC and the Republican Party have become progressively reactionary since the election of Reagan. It accelerated with the election of W despite his mediocrity. Trump has become the next step on the de-evolution of the Republican Party into fascism. Yes, there are “reasonable Republicans” but they are too often willing to collaborate with the extremists. Haley is an example of this. She knew what Trump was but happily to the position of ambassador to the UN. As she has tried to advance her slightly less radical positions she is seeing and feeling the backlash.Early on in this article, Haley correctly points out that "The RNC is now not the same RNC" as in the past.
