Cheney and Kinzinger are exactly the republicans that, what you mistakenly label as 'trump voters' don't want anymore. Just like the old dog dems you all have moved on from, so have we moved on from the Rhino party. The new republicans ( aka trump voters) are actually more along the lines of America first voters, that is the disconnect inside the the democratic party. You guys see it worshipping of a single man when in actuality it is the backing of that man's political thought (America first in all things). The good news for us, is there are much more palatable people that share that political point of view other than Trump.

And in Pennsylvania, a Republican candidate for Northampton County executive said at an August rally that he would bring “20 strong men” to the next school board meeting so they could “replace [board members] with nine parents and we’re going to vote down the mask mandates . . . this is how you get stuff done.” Steve Lynch, who was in D.C. at the time of the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, denied he meant to threaten board members. He ultimately lost his election.

Most conservatives and Repubs I know don't like the guy and don't want him to run again, although the melt down would be fun to watch. We did like his policy and maybe that is what is confusing to dems.

The only conservative I have talked with about this in real life said he hopes Trump doesn’t run again, because he doesn’t think he would win and he doesn’t like the man. He also said Trump should have conceded like a normal person. So that tracks.

But, there are lots of Trump fans, don’t try to BS us with that. We saw a guy in our town just yesterday in a pickup with four (4!) big flags flying. One was the American flag, then the Confederate flag, then maybe two Trump flags. Full size flags. And he had “don’t tread on me” stenciled on his hood. This is in the North, btw.

There are two businesses in town that still have Trump flags flying and I couldn’t begin to tell you how many houses have Trump banners, signs or flags still to this day, a year after the election. Mind you it’s not like it was during last year before the election, but it’s a lot more than normal, which is none at this point in time for any other candidate.

So go peddle that nonsense somewhere else, lol. There are lots of people who like Trump and don’t give a damn about his policies (which are entirely fluid and change according to what is in his own personal best interest, IMO).
