    I thought they would show his testimony in the Tuesday session? I guess maybe stick with the topic related stuff and use the rest later, idk.

    That's the argument - but it hasn't ever been decided. The DC Circuit said in dicta that a former president doesn't have the call on whether it applies but it's not the ruling.

    In that same filing, DOJ argued that Bannon can't just announce on the near eve of his trial (July 18) that he's willing to testify and so the whole thing goes away.

    Though I do think the the judge might continue the trial date to see if Bannon fully complies.

    Um, Newt can go take a flying flock at a rolling doughnut. He is one of the azzhats responsible for the mess that become the federal government.
