    Today it begins, Kamala has reached the point that she's the Democratic Party nominee:

    She spent yesterday on the telephone for most of the day. I read that yesterday that she called the party leaders in all 50 states. That would take me three days.

    In actual real news, looks like Trump’s fundraising didn’t do well in July, which is odd, because that was the RNC, and his survival of a shooting. Didn’t they claim they took in astronomical donations?

    The campaign released something about him speaking in a city where white supremacists held a rally. It was dumb. No one cares either way.

    Found an article on it. It was Michigan surrogate of Harris's that made some comments. Seems it was justified given that last month they had a white supremacist rally where people were yelling, "We love Hitler. We love Trump."

    I still think it's funny SFL thought that was a mic drop moment and not obviously staged.

    I didn’t think it was the campaign. So far her campaign has been very, very disciplined. No leaks at all. Of course, the question was obviously staged, especially since the question was worded dishonestly.

    Typical post from SFL, though. Dishonest and not at all what he says it is.
     
    Sort of a flex from Harris, no? She has the same venue that the RNC used packed to the brim at the same time the DNC is 90 miles away in Chicago and also packed. lol. This will really tear Trump up, unless they keep him as sedated as he was in Howell, MI. 🤣

     
    This is who Trump is. Nothing matters to him except … him. He doesn’t care if innocent people are killed in Gaza, he doesn’t care about the hostages. Not one little bit. All he cares about is winning this election - so he can stay out of jail. The sheer pathology to want a war to continue for political reasons.

    Republicans are strangely bashing second gentleman Doug Emhoff for hugging his daughter Ella at the first night of the Democratic National Convention.

    On Monday evening, Democrats gathered for the first night of the DNC in Chicago, where Harris’ husband was spotted hugging his daughter — a move that launched conservative pundits into a social media frenzy.

    Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirkposted a photo of the father-daughter pair embracing along with the sarcastic caption: “Totally not weird.”

    Kirk seems to be trying to turn the tables on Democrats, including Harris and her running mate Tim Walz, who have repeatedly labeled Donald Trump and JD Vance “weird.”

    Michelle and Barrack Obama’s speeches were amazing, they are both Oracles for “Progressive”, “Normal”, and describe the best of humanity, the most ideal, successful, maybe the only path forward for the human species. It must be WE and the Planet > ME take it all and destroy myself.

    And Capitalism? We’ve got to reverse this, stop being the cow, stop incessant consumption. But that will take a lot of determination to be both healthy for the planet and successful. 🤔

    In a possible attempt to parody – or troll – Harris, Trump’s campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung posted a video on X of the former president arriving at his campaign rally to the backdrop of Beyoncé’s hit song from her 2016 album Lemonade.



    Beyoncé fans were quick to slam the Trump campaign for copying the Democratic presidential rival.

    “Freedom is a song written about slavery and police brutality against POC. How disgusting and despicable for any of you to use it to support that convicted felon,” one said.

    Another wrote: “I know she didn’t green light this nonsense… I can’t wait until her legal team finds you”.……..
