    “All United States Marshals Service arrestees have public records of arrest documenting their charges. Our agency did not arrest or detain Mark James Pettibone.”

    OPB sent DHS an extensive list of questions about Pettibone’s arrest including: What is the legal justification for making arrests away from federal property? What is the legal justification for searching people who are not participating in criminal activity? Why are federal officers using civilian vehicles and taking people away in them? Are the arrests federal officers make legal under the constitution? If so, how?

    After 7 p.m. Thursday, a DHS spokesperson responded, on background, that they could confirm Wolf was in Portland during the day. The spokesperson didn’t acknowledge the remaining questions.

    Aside from the personal snark, I still choose to believe you don’t know what he truly is or what he is doing. Read the Wikipedia article and take a look at the YouTube video. It should become clear to you just who and what he is.

    Its okay to be fooled. I was once fooled by Shaun King, but I realized pretty quickly who and what he is and have moved on from him. He’s a charlatan. So is Andy Ngo. Neither are trustworthy sources.

    followed up by a link to Daily Caller, to boot. Another right-wing cash grab with no journalistic credibility and isn't about 'news' at all. It's partisanship editing at its finest. It has the pedigree and polish that PragerU desparately seeks.

    I've known about Andy since he was primarily known for his Islamophobic stances and propaganda, a few years ago.

    He's as partisan right as you can find on the partisan right. He's defrauded people, made stuff up, highly edits his videos. He's a grifter.

    The fact that he's become some beacon of untold truth in all of this is bizarre to me, particularly to people who complain about the biased coverage from left wing sources.

    I prefer, for example, Michael Balsamo who is covering it for AP. He is actually there and is a legitimate reporter. Ngo has been caught taking his footage and re-tweeting it, but de-contextualizing it.

    It's very profitable work. But it ain't honest work.

    I think the Shaun King and Andy Ngo comparison is a fair one. Another one on the right is Ian Miles Cheong - total grifter. He and Andy are provocateurs with no interest in objective coverage. And Tim Pool, who I once liked, has become a total hack, too.

    imo, these dudes have seen how much $$$$ can be made from just becoming mouthpieces for one side and decided to do it. Their advertising and spamming on Facebook has become pretty insane over the last year. It's a lotta cash to be had.

    The person shot here in Portland was indeed a Proud Boy. They had a rally yesterday. He fired a weapon at the BLM, and forgot that they have open carry rights too. No one has been charged as it is pretty clearly self defense.

    My wife shot video of the car right before it happened because he was trying to run over people.
     
    You guys crack me up. He has posted videos, most of are recorded by others, that show the violence or the extemism of BLM, but you have no comment at all on the videos. I know Ngo's history, but you aren't saying the videos are fake or edited. I understand why you want try to ignore the violence, but don't be surprised that the violence will probably help Trump.

    Maybe you guys can post videos from some media people who you claim are credible, because I haven't seen many mainstream media types post any videos showing the violence.

    I linked to an AP reporter who posts videos.

    if you want to buy into NGO’s propaganda, that’s fine. You won’t see me posting Shaun King. So it’s not as if I am running around posting partisan left stuff.

    I scrolled back on his Twitter profile under media for the last video he posted. He posted 2 videos on July 26 that showed a fire burning and the lazers, but you don't see any protestors in the videos. I scrolled all the way back through may and only saw a few videos of protestors, but no violence. Your example of a credible reporter posting videos was a reporter who didn't post any videos showing the violence of the protestors.
