One little detail - he wasn’t president when he hatched the scheme. It was done so that he wouldn’t lose the election. All your other examples are presidents doing what they thought was best for the country at the time. Every single one.

I know you don’t want to compare Trump’s FEC violations to anyone else in the entire world. Trump has committed more election law violations than anyone I can think of, and hasn’t even been fined, as far as I know. After he loses the election, maybe the FEC will grow a pair and get after him.
