This is a lie, he said he would be perceived as a well-meaning elderly man by a jury. In other words, no jury would convict him. What YOU don’t say here is that Biden self-reported when he found the material, fully cooperated, allowed all his employees to cooperate fully, Biden freely sat for an interview, freely allowed DOJ to search all his locations, and freely gave everything back. This is all in direct contrast to Trump, who obstructed and lied to the FBI and the Archives at every turn.

Why wouldn't Garland commit to producing all communications between the DOJ, Bragg, Fani Willis and Leticia James offices? He clearly didn't want to answer the question.

He clearly answered the question. He clearly said he can't produce documents from other entities and if Gaetz would have let him finish, Garland started to explain why he would not produce communications with other entities while those entities have open investigations and ongoing trials.

That has always been standard and accepted procedure.

The reason Gaetz, MAGA and this poster don't accept that perfectly acceptable and traditional answer is because it's not the answer crime boss Donald Trump wants.

You can point to the fact that there is no proof of unicorns, but that doesn't proof they don't exist. Garland can provide documents that don't show a conspiracy exists, but Trump and MAGA will then just falsely claim that Garland is hiding the evidence of the conspiracy.
