They probably did it because their financial system is on life support and they needed an excuse. The only way for them to continue to stay in power is with something that has even more control over us. Like Chinas social credit surveillance for example + a 100% digital currency. And also a much lower global population obviously.

Not at all. We can chose if we want to use digital or not. And we are not yet at the level of surveillance like the chinese have to live with.
So where does it say digital will become mandatory and cash will not be allowed? Or is that just one of those Qanon crazy things?
Actually in the article it says the opposite, did you actually read the article you posted?
David Treat, a senior managing director at Accenture, said CBDCs would exist alongside other forms of physical and electronic money, rather than replace them.

I am sure this “new” poster is also concerned with chips in the vaccines.

So maybe it’s because you “live” in “Sweden” that you don’t understand anything about America but I am here to help. We have had digital currency for about 25 years now. Credit cards since like the 50’s. That is cashless currency. Our currency was taken off the gold standard decades ago so even our paper money is virtual currency.

Btw- who is “they” and what are they planning to do according to you?

Is being a member of the US required to post here? I only ask because it seems there are a few non-USA citizens posting in the liberal club house and they are protected? I guess it all depends on the thoughts and opinions one has on this board.

He is probably from the US. IMO, this guy from "Sweden" and Roofgardener from the "UK" are the same person. He wants us to think he is not from here because he thinks it will make his opinion matter more.. Maybe i could be wrong....

I don't have a problem w/ folks being from another country posting, but if you are indeed from another country post as if you're looking at things through an outside perspective...that was not an outside perspective, well...come to think of it, it was a perspective from outside reality...so at least he has that going for him.

It's true I don't tend to get a lot of flak here, but I think if I started posting batshirt crazy conspiracy theories, or kept ignoring everything people said and just made wild assertions over and over again regardless of reality, that'd change pretty darn quickly, whether I still had a 'liberal' hat on or not.

That is, it's the nature of the postings, not the perceived political alignment of the poster.

Ah, I think I found your problem. You seem to think we dunk on them because they're espousing right wing dogma when we actually dunk on them because they're low rent trolls who peddle in bad faith arguments. Sound familiar?

Yes i live in Sweden and they want the fascist/communist Covid "passport" here as well. Not only for travelling but eventually for when you want to buy food etc. Watching the fake liberals is like watching a good zombie movie. Very little rational thinking left. Just a bag of emotions that can be easily manipulated by their masters.

And that statement just proved the opposite :ROFLMAO:

Who is "they"?

Outside of that....

Sorry, but not sorry, just seems like this is appropriate.

This thread is junk. The OP contains mostly vague references and undefined pronouns to support wild accusations with no support. It doesn't really provide a basis for any meaningful discussion.

It should be deleted. If czx wants to have this discussion about digital currency, then present it in a coherent way.

If you're in Sweden why do you care so much about what US banks are doing anyway?

Are you worried that the Swedish gov't will crack down on rebellious Swedish citizens to the point where they'd limit your access to your accounts because you speak out against the "fascist" Swedish gov't? What does the Swedish opposition party look/act like over there anyway, because if you dislike the American liberal ideology, then surely it must make your blood boil with all of the world leading gov't programs over there?

I am extremely curious to know exactly who *they* are.. Please explain, I will be waiting right over here, on the edge of my seat.. and please, for the love of god- BE SPECIFIC.
Listen to this guy. He worked for the criminals in the banking system. He seems very honest. But why do you suppose there are no "they"? Every person is sweet and kind? They never lie to you on television? All commercials are for your own good?

He didn’t ask you if “they” existed. He asked you who you think “they” are.

So where is the "proof" or evidence that the US (or any country for that matter) is going to go to 100% digital currency? mandatory at that.
I agree that a mandatory 100% digital currency is a bad thing, but it will not happen in our lifetime or even my children's lifetime and maybe not even in my grandchildren's lifetime.

I tried to give the video a chance, but he lost me at Luciferians... SMH...

Are you saying digital currency is the Devils work? lol.. This thread just got even better...
