Biden has lost support from many people who voted for him in the past.
He is getting up there in age.
Here are a couple of sites I'd like to share...

WHAT DO ANY OF YOU THINK?
IS THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY BEST SERVED BY HAVING PRESIDENT BIDEN RUN FOR ANOTHER TERM OR WOULD A DIFFERENT CANDIDATE BE BETTER?

I've found a new forum where Rs outnumber Ds.
I think I've debated people form LA , SF and California in general enough.
I'm gonna spend some time here: "The Politics Forums"

I've been there before. Now if I can just remember the username and password I used??? Then maybe the D's would outnumber the R's there.

    :ROFLMAO: Kidding.

That would have been back when Obama was President, but after Romney lost. I remember much tearing hair over why Romney lost.

I remember drifting away from there because it had accumulated a group of people who had no sense of humor at all. They were so serious like, seemed like all the time.

However they were as I recall reasonably civil.

I won't say good riddance, but I have visited other sites and there are some good things, but there also are some not so good. Some of those sites, you better have thick skin because they openly insult each other, use crude language and there's a lot more nonsense out there. I feel like I learn a lot more here and the discourse is reasonably good.

But ultimately, to each their own. If you're happy there, good on ya. No hard feelings. :9:

Sam said a few posts ago ( I am paraphrasing ) that they lack a sense of humor but are very civil.
I'm just finding that a good number of Rs are coming on my newbie thread and welcoming me.
I like THIS site's "software" or "format" better than that site.
Maybe I'm not coming up with the best vocabulary so please help me out if at least I did well enough to convey what I'm trying to say.

Mr. BORN, a close synonym for "para" would be "airborne."

    ;)

Cool, time will tell how long that lasts.

I think I get you. Software is what the site runs on. Interface might be the word you're looking for. But format or layout works too. :9:

This guy in particular seems fun:

When I said they seemed to me to not have a sense of humor, I hadn't seen this they, the ones I saw were years ago.

I said "they" because I don't know this individuals pronouns. Wouldn't want to misasign gender without knowing that you know.

That is a really good example of "spelling" a conservative form of humor. My problem with that form of humor is that it invariably punches down, not up.

I would imagine in a real neighborhood environment that individual would be a good neighbor. In my neighborhood I have conservative neighbors. Its the conservative ones who show up to maintain our community dirt road. And they show up to shovel snow when we have to. All of that despite the fact that I'm one of those for whom they complain.

It's a case of they adjust to me, and I adjust to them. Good grief it wouldn't help to nag at them, not a bit. And they don't nag at me.

We can work together, and tease each other a little bit. This one would be fun to tease. But not enough to immerse myself there again.

I drifted away because I was a just another board ape there. << Spelling Intended.

I don’t see a path for Biden to make up these gaps.

I think the polls after the DNC are the ones to pay attention to. It's still to soon to put much stock in polling imo.

An incumbent who is losing in the polls won’t get an “excitement” bump and it will be too late to change course.

Joe got slow and it’s time to go.
