If it takes that long, they're doing it wrong. The CFA where I'm at always has a long line when I go there and it takes no more than 15 minutes to get through it. Same at the other location I stop by occasionally.

FYI, my wife used to work there. They're pretty well run for a fast food place. Management does hire who some might consider undesirables, and I'm happy they do. I imagine the owner/managers have some discretion on hiring practices, but the ones I frequent are actually quite diverse.

I doubt it's the same everywhere tho.
