Admirers of the trademark cross that Mike Lindell wears around his neck are now in luck as the MAGA pillow entrepreneur is now offering MyCross necklaces “designed in the likeness” of his own personal Christian emblem.

And prospective buyers can get their own replica of Lindell’s necklace for the low price of $249.98 — or $179.98 with a promo code.…..

I already purchased them all. Sorry friends. These things are going to be bigger than beanie babies. Think of how much I can resell them for.

U.S. Representative Jim Jordan has expressed his support for President-elect Donald Trumpto move the 2028 Olympics out of Los Angelesand relocate them to a city run by GOP lawmakers.

Jordan, a Republican who represents Ohio’s fourth congressional district, made the remarks while speaking on Newsmax on Tuesday. Rob Finnerty, a network host, asked him if he thought the games should be moved to a “red city where you know things are going to be run properly” like Dallas or Miami.

Yes, Jordan responded.

“I do think the American people rightly see how poorly that state is being run, how poorly these tragic fires have been handled by the governor and, of course, the mayor there in Los Angeles,” Jordan commented.

Jordan is not alone in his beliefs. Conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, too, said Los Angeles should lose the Olympics on social media this week……..

As much as they like to claim that they love America, they sure do hate Americans.

They'd love it if anybody that wasn't part of their right wing party could be subjected to second class citizenship and not allowed to vote. They certainly work to make things that way.
This is exactly right. They pine for the days when only white male landowners could vote. They are forever bitter that “lesser” beings are given rights.

Came across this, I've often posted about how bizarre the religious anointing of Donald Trump has been
=============
To the church of my youth,

What did you expect me to do?

You taught me to love my neighbors, to model the life of Jesus. To be kind and considerate, and to stand up for the bullied.

You taught me to love people, consider others as more important than myself.

You taught me to sing "red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in His sight."

We sang it together, pressing the volume pedal and leaning our hearts into the chorus.

You said that “He loved all the children of the world”.

You taught me to love my enemies, to even do good to those who wish for bad things.

You taught me to never "hate" anyone and to always find ways to encourage people.

You taught me it's better to give than receive, to be last instead of first. To help the poor, the widow, the stranger at the gate.

You taught me that Jesus looks at what I do for the least-of-these as the true depth of my faith.

You taught me to focus on my own sin and not to judge.

You taught me to be accepting and forgiving.

So I paid attention.

I took in every lesson.

And I did what you taught me.

But now, you call me a “Liberal”. A queer-lover. You call me "woke." A backslider. You call me a heretic. You make fun of my heart. You mock the people I’m trying to help. You say I’m a child of the devil.

You call me soft. A snowflake. A socialist. You shun the very people you told me to help.

What did you expect me to do?

I thought you were serious, but apparently not.

You hate nearly all the people I love.

You stand against nearly all the things I stand for. I'm trying to see a way forward, but it's hard when I survey all the hurt, harm, and darkness that comes in the wake of your beliefs and presence.

What did you expect me to do?

I believed it all the way.

I'm still believing it all the way.

Which leaves me wondering, what happened to you?"

Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry (R) said he will fully raise the Make American Great Again (MAGA) flag at the governor’s mansion for President-elect Trump’s inauguration next week and invited Louisianans to do the same.

“Gone are the days of open borders. Gone are the days where Americans have to worry about gas and grocery prices while taxpayer dollars are shipped overseas,” Landry said in a Friday statement.

“Today, under President Trump, begins a renaissance in this Nation,” he added. “One where America and her people will always come first. In Louisiana, we think that is worthy of celebrating!”
Yeah, that seems like a rational act from someone that believes the 10 Commandments is the cure-all. Exodus 20-4-5 be damned.

:loopy:

LOL, it really is a cult. With Trump’s tariffs, the price of gas and groceries will double—but I guess he’ll just claim it’s “God’s will.”

Maybe he should take a moment to read Matthew 25:40–45. So many of these fake Christians conveniently forget one of the most important lessons Jesus taught us. According to many MAGA supporters, those teachings only apply to people who share their faith, not to everyone—despite the New Testament clearly saying otherwise.

Well, now I see it was posted in the Miscellaneous Trump thread.

I watched it live and it was all cringe, the strutting, the salutes, the scream, it was all disturbing.

Documents from a Utah offshoot of the rightwing Oath Keepers militia show that two 2023 leadership meetings of the extremist group were attended by former law enforcement officers, a serving prosecutor and a former elected official.

The meetings – whose minutes record discussions on “Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ) Bird Training”, “Hand to Hand Training” and the “role of an armed responder” – show how deeply intertwined the organization had become with conservative politics, law enforcement and the legal establishment in the cities of Utah’s metropolitan Wasatch Front region and beyond..............

He is a disturbing person. According to some who seem to know about drug abuse - he is currently abusing ketamine and probably adding cocaine to offset some of the effects of the ketamine. I saw a clip on TikTok of some unusual head and eye movements from the inauguration that were said to be typical of that combination-which is called a Calvin Klein. (first 2 initials of the drugs - don’t think it has anything to do with the man). If I come across that clip again I will post it.

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) proposed an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would allow President Trump to serve a third term in the White House so that the country “can sustain the bold leadership our nation so desperately needs.”

Ogles proposed an amendment on Thursday that says, “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than three times, nor be elected to any additional term after being elected to two consecutive terms, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.”

Like other U.S. presidents, Trump is barred from running for a third White House term by the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.

“President Trump’s decisive leadership stands in stark contrast to the chaos, suffering, and economic decline Americans have endured over the past four years,” Ogles said in a Thursday statement.

“He has proven himself to be the only figure in modern history capable of reversing our nation’s decay and restoring America to greatness, and he must be given the time necessary to accomplish that goal.”………

Ogles is another in a long line of Republican liars and azzhats.

Trump is incapable of leadership.
