I have no idea how anyone can take this man seriously, like, at all. 🤦‍♀️

My guess is that he's a Bannon/Roger stone chaos candidate, whose sole purpose is to draw votes from Biden. Same w those no labels.

Anti vax people drive me nuts. They go against years of science and use. I don't even care that it started w liberals.

One of the silliest comments I remember seeing from these anti vax is that medical school indoctrinate their students because 100% of them are vaccinated. I mean I do wonder that maybe those students are on avg pretty smart kids with a good background in science. The prerequisite for admission are a number of physics, biology, chem base courses. Organic chem isn't the easiest of classes. Then they are taught pathology and physiology. Just maybe...just maybe...they arent indoctrinated and rely on their brains and the science.

Just like how this country has advanced as we are the number 1 country in r n d.

Did Bobby drop him on his head when he was a baby?
Years of drug abuse? Malignant narcissistic tendencies to demand unearned attention and adulation? Don’t really know and don’t care. He’s a dangerous idiot, but from what I am seeing only anti-vaxxers and MAGA like him, and they weren’t voting for Biden anyway.

Respectfully, I have watched the video. The young man walked quickly and aggressively toward the congressperson, intending at the very least to interrupt her free speech. I cannot know whether he intended more harm than that, but thanks to Chip Roy, we did not have to find out.

Absolutely not. Using speech when someone else is speaking is not interrupting free speech. They both have rights to free speech. Just because one doesn't have a microphone doesn't give anyone the right to put their hands on him.

But yeah he was basically being an annoying little twerp. That's not how I would do it for sure.

Polls have been very inaccurate as of late. I think that 20% may be MAGA and Q. Which it is disturbing that 20% of people are that gullible to believe that crap.

The fact that this man has 20% of support of the party (which might be a stretch considering many white Democrats in Louisiana haven't voted for a Democrat in decades) only proves that there are idiots on both sides of the political spectrum.

I wouldn't go that far. As someone working in healthcare administration, you have no clue how crazy some clinical providers (doctors, nurses, etc.) can be with regards to vaccines. I know several just shooting the COVID vaccine left and right and behind closed doors spouting some of the craziest shirt you've ever heard about them. I'm just happy to say that 100% of our staff rolled their sleeves up.

Oh no doubt. There are some absolutely bat guano crazy medical practitioners out there. My daughter is working at a hospital now and previously worked at some private practices and some of the nurses and even physicians are nuts.

They're not the norm, but there definitely are more than a few out there.

I can vouch for this. I know some personally. Without certainty, I can only think it's the power of the rw media. I'll say this, before this whole politicalization of vaccines, did they ever complain about the hep b vaccine schedule? Or any other? Did parents ever complain that schools required it?

Still, the 100% may be a bit of an exaggeration. I am sure some would just follow all the vaccine requirements because it's required for rotations or residency. But I would dare say that if pressed on the science, they would understand why and how it works.

And as a reminder, Rand Paul rails against socialized health care. Yet he goes to a socialized system in Canada to get a mesh less hernia operation.

Well, he is, or was a physician, so...go figure. Lol.

Disrupting the speech of another is not free speech, it is supression of free speech. Not because she Bobo had a microphone, but because she was speaking in public to an audience that had gathered in small area to hear her.

Take it out of the arena of speech. Imagine a family that gathers at a public park or rest area picnic table to eat from their basked. Then, in spite of numerous empty picnic tables, another family decides to sit at the same one, squeezing themselves in between the members of the first family spreading out their own food while knocking around the food of others and grinding spices that the wind carries into the first families food.

"You think you're the only ones who can use a public picnic table?" would not be a defense.

He was being an annoying little twerp. But you never know when one person like that turns into many and you find yourself getting the Riley Gaines treatment.

I would hope you would find a spot well away from Boboert, so the audience you would gather can hear you well, even without a microphone.

He wasn’t trying to give a rival speech, he was trying to ask her embarrassing questions. So your post is just irrelevant to this situation.

Agreed. I was just being silly.
