Oh hey, Utah Senator Mike Lee, the guy seen masklessly hugging everyone in sight at the Amy Coney Barrett announcement at the White House on Saturday, is now also positive.

Oh, and look, Notre Dame's president was at the same event maskless and shaking hands and has it too.

Instead of a super spreader event, should we call it a Supreme Spreader event?

I keeping seeing various versions of this, but this is a man who refuses to get a dog because he thinks it makes him look silly. This is a man who refuses to wear a mask because it makes him look weak. He has his doctors write these notes about his health that are so ridiculous that they're clearly false.

While there's various scenarios about how Trump claiming to have Covid could be a strategy play, I just think that claiming to have gotten Covid is not in Trump's DNA. He would never claim to have a disease he doesn't have. That's weakness, in his view.
Telling the truth isn't in his DNA either. He has not esrned the benefit of the doubt.

I find this stuff sort of interesting. Apparently yesterday a pair of E6-B Mercury aircraft popped up on flight tracking data/transponder apps, one on the east coast and one on the west. The US DOD uses these to transmit command information to naval vessels and assets at sea, including nuclear forces. The speculation is that they were flying to provide "be alert" instructions (or perhaps a defense condition change) resulting from the president's Covid diagnosis - in the event that an adversary were to view this is as some kind of strike opportunity. Also, these flights being visible on civilian systems is, by speculation, intentional to let observers (at those adversaries) know that we were doing it (sending alert/condition orders).

Pentagon says it's just a coincidence, but there's really nothing wrong with it being what the analysts suggest it is. That would make sense.

Man, that would be something if Barrett tuns up positive and it forced them to delay the confirmation process. Talk about your chickens coming home to roost.

Maybe you could see fit to humor me for a minute.. I’m genuinely curious- what is it about Pelosi that makes you, and I’m guessing 100% of other conservative people, hate Pelosi so much? I mean, is it that she spends too much money on haircuts, and the big ice cream scandal last month (look it up, if any of yall dont know what I’m referring to) .. Or that she resides in San Francisco? Or is it somehting as simple as not liking the look on her face, or the tone of her voice?? Please help someone IIke me to understand, and please be specific.
I don't understand the hate on her haircuts. Didn't Trump's taxes indicate that he claimed $70,000 on his hair?

i think its inevitable - her proximity to all those already positive?

It's because she has the real power in the Democratic party as Speaker. She has held that power for a long time, so that's why it's so strong with her. It was just as bad for Obama when he was the president.

I remember that. You know, up until Obama, I was pretty neutral on republicans. And then Obama got into office and Boehner and company raked Obama over the coals every.change.they.got. Practically demonized and vilified him (along with the help of such respectable institutions as faux news). The sad irony was, I thought after Boehner I figured it possibly couldn't get any worse. Then Mitch Mcconnell said "hold my beer"

Just saw on the teevee (no link ) that Barrett and her husband have already contracted and recovered from Covid. , but didnt say exactly when.

Could the Prez’s SC nominee have passed the virus on to him?? Probably not, but would make a great episode of the West Wing.

Not to mention, if they are lying, with the way this White House leaks, there is no way that doesn't get out before November 3rd. It is re-election suicide. Lying about having Covid? The country would riot.

Looks like she had it during the summer and recovered. But given that we don't know how severe her case was or how long antibodies last, she's still at risk given her proximity to those turning up positive.

I think she's just like the timeless face of liberalism to them.. no matter who filters in or filters out, seems like Nancy is always there.
But Pelosi is fairly centrist. I think she’s a very effective politician, and that’s why she’s hated. I think she could’ve run for President and would’ve been more formidable than Hillary. Pelosi didn’t want to be a politician. They had to beg her to run for office. She didn’t lead her life preparing for public office. That’s what separates her from Hillary. Also, Pelosi is squeaky clean. She’s a lot like Obama, because he is also hated in part due to his effectiveness.

    Two comments.

    1. I hugged one friend who is a hair dresser when she cut my hair. I walked in. I sanitized my hands, she sanitized hers. We both had masks on. When I hugged her, I still hold my breath..lol. Otherwise, I avoid it.

    2. This is a joke.... But that's some reall 4D chess the liberals are playing there to prevent Barrett from getting her confirmation hearing...

2 for real....Ego is what ruins a lot of things.
