The Harris campaign surrogate Rachel Scott claimed that Harris always represented herself as Black. That's definitely false. Harris initially identified as Indian and the media referred to her as Indian until she was picked as VP then she was referred to as Black.

Again you fail. If Biden had died she would very likely have been the nominee anyway. Plus, with SCOTUS cases to support it political parties can do what they what.
