The IRS via regulations regarding charities can do as they wish. The problem with the scenario is a religionist majority on the SCOTUS. The answer is a majority in congress that would remove the restriction and also tax churches.

Taxing churches might be an effective way to elect a republican congress and president. The irs stays away from this because it’s a loosing proposition.

Policies matter, but character also matters. There are far better republicans to lead the party instead of Trump. People that unify instead of divide. The MAGA movement brings out the worst of the worst in the republican party. I completely respect the republicans that stand against Trump.

The delegates represent the votes of the citizens of their particular states. If those voters never voted for Harris as the nominee, the delegates are just "voting" for whoever Obama and the democrats tell them to. Harris was chosen by the elites of the party and not the actual voters.
