Fine. Let Smith publish his evidence. If there is a case there then impeach the man. As for the other cases in NY except for the civil suit for defamation, they need to go away because they were and are politically motivated and as you say, Justice should be blind.

The rest of the use of government institutions for political weapons needs to go away. On both sides. It does nothing but undermine our system of justice.

No. We have been hearing about all that for over 3 years especially during this last election cycle. The voters knew all this and decided as they did last Tuesday. Nobody ignored it. That was not the only issue in this election.

A jury found him guilty of breaking its state's laws and you are asking them to ignore those broken laws because you FEEL that he was only held accountable because of politics.

My "point of view" doesn't have anything to do with the actions taken post 3 Nov 20! The are credible allegations that crimes were committed and those allegations led to multiple indictments. Have those alleged crimes been adjudicated in a court of law? Yes or no.

4 midemeanor reporting violations conflated into 34 felony counts using a rather unique legal theory by a DA that ran on the promise to get Trump. It wont stand up on appeal. It reeks of politics. Justice should be blind. This cse shuld never have been brought and wouldnt have been brought were it not Trump.

Hillary committed a similar reporting violation related the Steele Doosier. She was fined.

No to your second question. They have not been adjudicated in court. I believe for that process to proceed an impeachment resulting in conviction is required. Doubtful that will prevail after last Tuesday. So the people decided the matter last Tuesday.
