The article says “Trump also might be able to extend his soon-to-expire tax cuts, rescind Biden's executive orders on his obscene student loan forgiveness plan and start to enforce federal laws on border security and migration.”

I would like Harris to extend the middle and lower tax cuts, and let the upper expire, otherwise the deficit will rise. Why are the student loan forgiveness obscene? What border law is Biden NOT enforcing? I think Biden would like to enforce the bi-partisan immigration bill that was blocked. He isn’t interested in the purely partisan bill that the House passed.

The article also says “And if Trump could enact a few decent conservative policies while in office, thanks to a GOP majority in the Senate, it would be a massive improvement to the past four years. A few policy changes might steer America back in the right direction.“

Trump would need a supermajority to pass legislation which would have to be moderate. Such legislation would also pass under Harris. What is wrong with the direction we’re going? Illegal and legal immigration is down, crime is down, inflation is below 3% and dropping, the job market is strong, wages are exceeding inflation, the Dow is breaking records, and our allies are being treated respectfully.
