    She spent yesterday on the telephone for most of the day. I read that yesterday that she called the party leaders in all 50 states. That would take me three days.

    Everyone else (Vance and DeSantis especially) have a huge personality deficit (most of them do to some degree)

    Someone will 'win' that bloodbath but that person will not have tons of merch and millions of devout diehards

    That person will not be Trump 2.0. But make no mistake that person is out there

    I've said before Trump 2.0 is someone who isn't on the national stage yet.

    Maybe he or she is involved on the city or county level, maybe just a staffer, maybe not even in charge of anything, hell, they may still be in high school right now

    But they're out there. Watching, listening....... and learning

    Trump 2.0 will be young, telegenic, personable, engaging, smart and devious. He or she will know how government works and where the cracks, loopholes and exploits are. And they will have that special sauce

    And after X years of pretenders to the throne and also rans MAGA nation will be desperate for a true successor

    We can only hope that it happens decades from now and not 2028

    If you shut down the Dept of Ed, where did the "money" that you are going to "stop giving" them come from??? My god, he is literally the DUMBEST person to have ever been elected into any office!

    The truth is it doesn't matter. His cult loves that stuff, because they want their dear leader to punish all the woke and liberals. It doesn't matter that he can't do that, they just want a strongman authoritarian to put the others in their place. It's all about the show. A lot of people are also widely uneducated about how government works and may believe he can actually do stuff like that.

    The other truth is that even if he couldn't do exactly that, he would be capable of causing a lot of harm and really forking thing up to whatever he targets as his enemy. Be it the department of education or liberal cities. There will be illegal things that he will do, that will then have to be litigated and in that interim a lot of harm can be done. Also, he's going to put so many loyalist in position of authority to where government incompetence and illegal actions are just going to explode. So the danger is still very much real.

    Those are the same people that boo'd when Vance was trying to clean-up trump's mess and said that trump wouldn't use the military on his own citizens!
     
    I saw a post on Twitter that at a certain voting location in NC, they were having couples vote together. Meaning using the same machine sequentially with both at the machine at the same time. This person said they witnessed lots of men looking over their wife’s shoulder while they voted.

    I can’t tell how accurate this is, but it’s highly illegal, and the person was encouraged to report it. Someone also tagged the NC Dem Party in the replies.

    I hope, if it is indeed happening, that the proper authorities can get this stopped promptly.
