It won’t hurt them because those votes are valid votes and they will be counted. Trump hasn’t won a single case yet to stop legal votes from being counted and he can’t stop them from being counted.

I think at the end of the day...the mail in strategy is going to bite the Dems in the arse. Not even sure why they were advocating for while the president and the GOP were actively screwing with it. They should've motivated their base to physically show up...can't screw with physical in person voting.

Mail-in wasn't the issue. Trump is winning primarily by increased turnout in rural white America. Each county he's picking up just a little bit more than 2016, and it's enough because it really adds up. Biden is actually beating the raw Hillary 2016 vote count.

There will be some "spoilage" of those mail ins...and in an election where every percentage point counts those are losses you can't afford to suffer...the scary part is what happens while those legal fights happen.

Frankly, I think without mail-in voting fewer Dems would have voted and some of Trump's margins, like in NC, would have been bigger. If anything mail-in is making it artificially close in states Trump is winning.
