I think it is like a lot of things. It starts off, a lot of support, then people get annoyed and fed up and it turns to distaste.

Yeah, I think he will, although it will be close -- as the mail in votes are counted, Trump's lead has been shrinking.

Majority of people do not vote or close to that. If this was truly a surge with those groups, then this shouldn’t be close. But yet here we are. I’ve been disgusted for 4 years, looks like a very real possibility that that will happen.

I think it was a sizable surge. But Republicans rallied around their goon. And I'd bet we have a lot more angry voting right wingers than left. Game, set match in a situation like this

I'm willing to bet there are MORE now because of trump, than before trump. A lot of people are fed up. But they are aiming at the wrong people. I'm almost certain hate crimes are up by a large % these past 4 years compared to before trump
