Frankly, I'm completely ignorant when it comes to the Critical Race Theory curriculum. What is it, where does it come from, and is it legitimate? Has anyone here read it and maybe give a quick summary?

If this has been covered in another thread, then I missed it.

It is possible that the so called hard left socialists are not a threat, I agree. However, they get a lot of negative press. It is quite likely that most little kids is public schools are not indoctrinated in
Social engineering curricula to alter behavior. We may very well be victims of hyper sensational media.

I have seen crazy evangelicals and even a few Catholics too. I am an agnostic but still go to mass because my wife is a believer. Most Christians I see are quite harmless and many in the Catholic Church are liberals in the Kennedy family mold.

A few evangelicals I have met are scary and make me think of the Muslim fundamentalists in their fervor. However, the Amish are quite conservative, but incredibly nice and generous.

I do not live in the Bible Belt so I don’t really much. I will check out that woman.

The nation is in better shape than what we think, but the media and politicians thrive on chaos and division.

An entree of well done Both Sides with a Word Salad on the side.

Here’s another example. The radical Christian Right is using violent imagery of war and death regularly.

And that's why I do what I do. They can't wait for the world to burn, waiting for their messiah; they want to see everyone who's not like them burning in hell.

Side note: seeing black folks profess Christianity always makes me cringe... but that's what indoctrination does.

Christianity kept black people together and provided strength for the fight against racism. I am not a believer, but sometimes religion is the glue that keeps movements and societies together. Religion was a necessary evil in the evolution of humans as a group. It provided the needed cohesion beyond kinship.

Religion based on deities is on the way out and is been replaced by religion based on political views.

The new religion is wokeism and antiracism on the left and patriotism and nationalism on the right.

    Socialism itself is a religion.

    Religion is good.

    Religion is bad.

    Classic Paul.

Dude, you just got blessed by Paul. I'd find some way to wash that off ASAP.
I am Saint Paul. AKA Saul of Tarsus.
    God bless you too.

I am just trying to dissipate the anger when confronted with ideas they cannot refute.

you seem to be confusing irreverence with anger.

for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

⁴ Blessed are those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.

    ⁵ Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.

orking for a private company, another person, or even the government is a form of slavery; it is coercion. Somehow we go along, but it is slavery. The boss dictates the terms of employment and the rules to follow.

That's funny because when I think of the term slavery I also think of the term involuntary.....
