Interesting story, looks like 'only the best people' didn't stop with the new administration.

You probably would get better mileage even if you were driving a true monster sized crew cab Republican truck like the ones I have described, because you're at low elevation on flat land. Up here the elevation is higher, air thinner, and there are hills to climb. Steep rocky hills.

Around here we keep our naturally occurring flat spots in the gem museum. There's a display case there which is about the size of a sheet of plywood which contains them all.

Again, Sam, you are correct. I recently drove from Seattle back down to God's Country and through the Rockies I got horrible mileage. Althought, not for nothing, it really picked up in Kansas......talk about flat.

I grew up in the Rockies, but compared to here in the Sierras where I am now I consider the Rockies to be kind of flat.

The fact the our VP was selected only because she was a woman of color? Yeah, I think most American's should be a little riled up. The fact that she did nothing on the southern border and now is sent as our rep to the beginning of WW3, is a sad, sad state of affairs for this country.
