In all fairness, the article there doesn't mention anything about him doing anything related to the 2016 election. He pleaded guilty, according to the article, to working for a Russian oligarch to help him dig up dirt on one of his political rivals in Russia.

You can blame the Fed for that. They keep raising interest rates because unemployment is so low. It's the tradeoff of a fairly strong economy.

That said, there are a lot of headwinds that will continue to distort markets. Wars, economy, salaries growing at a far slower rate than inflation etc. To point at Bidenomics as the culprit for housing markets is to display ignorance of other factors.

All of those factors would still be there regardless who is President.
