I feel like this deserves a separate topic.
What will be the plan for the DNC?
How will this all shake out?

And the right was hoping forIt's been a very encouraging transition so far, and points us in a direction that should avoid the chaos and infighting many of us were concerned about.
Trump's regime was hoping to put the Democratic party on the horns of a dilemma: Biden's age if he stays in or chaos if he drops out.And the right was hoping for
Candidates are selected at the convention based on who got the most votes.
Harris will be the first presidential nominee for their party without getting a single vote.
I don't remember Republicans saying they were the protectors of democracy like the Democrats campaign slogan.
Why should they want to get rid of the electoral college?
Patently false. Harris will receive the majority of the delegates’ votes, which is the normal way candidates are chosen. And get this, each delegate was most likely elected themselves by the people of their district - I know it’s that way in my state, what about yours?Harris will be the first presidential nominee for their party without getting a single vote.
This arse here. As racist as it gets.
GOP lawmaker makes comment about Harris’ race. Hear what he said | CNN Politics
CNN’s Jake Tapper is joined by Angela Rye and Charlamagne tha God after Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) spoke with CNN’s Manu Raju about Vice President Kamala Harris’ race.www.cnn.com

I don't fault the Democrats for doing what they did and had I been in their shoes I would have supported it because there aren't any good options. You should look up the history of primary elections.
Is that all today is going to be? Whining you don't get Biden anymore?
It will also backfire bigly for independent voters, suburban women, college grads, etc.Harris definitely stokes the racist reaction out of Republicans. Let them keep showing their arse, that will convince minorities to vote for them.
There aren't enough male christian white supremacists to out vote the rest of us. If we vote, they lose.Harris definitely stokes the racist reaction out of Republicans. Let them keep showing their arse, that will convince minorities to vote for them.
All the more reason to dump the Electoral College. There aren't enough male christian white supremacists to out vote the rest of us. If we vote, they lose.

I'm simply highlighting these actions by the Democrat party to show they are full of shirt when they talk about protecting democracy. You don't rig 3 straight primaries and not annoint Harris without having a single vote if you care about protecting democracy.
Protecting Democracy is nothing more than a campaign slogan.
Yes, and not only that he's lying, he said this after I explained to him that she had gotten my vote when I voted. I remember writing that post. I explained it thoroughly in the way in which I am thorough.Patently false. Harris will receive the majority of the delegates’ votes, which is the normal way candidates are chosen. And get this, each delegate was most likely elected themselves by the people of their district - I know it’s that way in my state, what about yours?
So this point, if we could generously call it that, is just moot. It means nothing. Meanwhile you support a guy who actually tried to subvert the will of the people. Who refused to concede an election he clearly lost, and sent an angry mob to the Capitol where they interrupted the Electoral Vote counting and trashed the place, threatened police and injured over 140 of them.
If I supported the guy that did all that, the last thing I would ever do is call attention to my hypocrisy by pretending to care about the other party’s nomination process.
We most definitely are...MAGA: No fair to Democrats!
Democrats: We’re good.
Translation: I don't like our own rules being applied to us.The "Both sides" of this is tiring as well.
