So you arent sure how security was "laid out" - but you are sure that someone got past the metal detectors/other methods to keep out guns.

I saw it reported that Crooks fired eight shots. I didn’t realize it was that many. Have all bullets been accounted for and where did they land?

What was the extent of Trump’s injury and what was the likely cause; a bullet or shrapnel?

Where were the gunshot victims seated relative to Trump and Crooks’s line of sight, and what will ballistics confirm?

Why did the Secret Service detail pause and leave Trump exposed after the shooting?

conspiracy theorists can't accept the easiest and most obvious answer. Cooks was a deeply troubled young man and
Trump just happened to be in his area. There is nothing political about this. Cooks is a nut case just like John Hinkley.

Do you know what the responsibility of Local LE was via contract? USSS? of course not.

She should be judged on her actions following their investigation. She was not in the field on that day, if it is determined that her field agents didn't comply with USSS standards and she takes no corrective actions, then your calls for her head would be warranted.
