I fear we are really going to be in a bad place due to the obvious cuts to the federal agencies that deal with infectious disease, but also the negative effect the Affordable Care act has had on non urban hospitals. Our front line defenses are ineffectual and our ability to treat the populous is probably at an all time low. Factor in the cost of healthcare and I can see our system crashing. What do you think about the politics of this virus?

We should be clear that just speculating about whether the president has Covid is not the same as wishing he has Covid. It’s a matter of utmost national interest and it’s normal and reasonable to be engaged in that discussion.

Reports are Wed night is when her test showed positive.

And now reports are she is definitely feeling effects. But that could be loss ot taste/smell to sore throat or other mild symptoms.

Not with an airborne virus. But then again the CDC removed the fact that it’s airborne from their website after someone saw it and had a fit. So I’m sure it’s okay.

The filtration system works the same as a mask. Close proximity with no air being cleared out is the issue.
it is logistically possible but if she was in proximity to him all day, it is a moot point.

I still wouldnt feel comfortable, especially if she is symptomatic by then which could mean fever and coughing.

I mean, there’s a reason hospitals put Covid and suspected Covid patients in negative air flow rooms.

For me, I've never wished Trump to get Covid. However, I wouldn't give two shirts if he did get it. In fact, I like presidents that don't get Covid-19, I hate to tell you....
