It’s so repulsive to see people cheering for what is basically 80% the same thing as the Holocaust - different end result but otherwise very similar.

Economists have said it would tank the economy and cause inflation - notwithstanding the cost.

They tried to arrest him without a judicial warrant.. But I guess you are ok with that? Are you also OK with Bondi allowing agents to enter peoples homes without a judicial warrant? When law enforcement breaks the law - in this case the fourth admentment "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures , shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause , supported by oath or affirmation , and particularly describing the place to be searched , and the persons or things to be seized." the you have a BIG problem

There were no judicial warrent for his arrest

I’m ok with deporting someone previously deported and illegally back in the country. It’s a criminal act.

All that judge needs to do is become president, then those 34 felonies will be washed away like they never happened

Several of the articles I read stated that Ruiz had been deported. Not allowed to come back. He illegally re-entered. There is a statute that states that is a criminal act. It’s why ICE was after him. Judge might have taken a moment to learn that information.

ICE needs an actual warrant to effectuate an arrest in that scenario. They didn’t have one. The judge didn’t break any laws and this case should be thrown out. ICE has no protocol authorizing them to do what they did in this case, and the judge didn’t do anything wrong by ignoring their attempt. He was already in the criminal justice system anyway.

This is truly a case of law fare by the DOJ. It’s an abuse of power by Trump and his admin.

Actually that just changed. well bondi made a memo that ice can make their own warrants. of course, it's not legal but that's never stopped bondi.
