Well, she's apparently ruled that the case will not be postponed. Maybe we need to let her make her rulings before getting bent out of shape?

Not saying she's doing a good job or anything, but I'm not so sure she's any sort of rogue judge. Not yet anyway.

It’s hard to know who to believe sometimes. I have read that her recent ruling wasn’t all bad, then I read that one part of it could result in delaying the case until after the election, even though she says it won’t. Without being a lawyer and reading everything myself it’s hard to know. What every lawyer I have read so far does say is that her rulings aren’t great, and she doesn’t seem to have a firm grasp of what she is doing.

We'll see. It just feels to me like there's not really enough to go on yet. We probably won't get a lot of movement or knowing where this is headed until some preliminary hearings, I believe in March.
