Trump Election Interference / Falsification of Business Records Criminal Trial (7 Viewers)

I couldn’t find a thread just about this case, and thought we should have one since it’s Trump’s first criminal trial. He has to attend every day, as I understand it. Here is a quick reminder of what it’s about. His former lawyer Michael Cohen already went to prison for his involvement in this case.

they are attempting to connect $12,000 payment by DNC = Underwood filing charges against Trump Foundation ( while Colangalo was deputy DA ) = Colangalo is bought and paid for by Democrats.

Its absolutely crazy to think this $12,000 payment in any way is somehow related to the current proceedings, but for some, its just more proof that this is all orchestrated by Biden/Dems etc. It HAS to be. They know Trump is a criminal, but he is THEIR criminal.

I have known lawyers that work for various government agencies, state and federal. I know for a fact that they are allowed to do outside work, for pay, if they follow their agency's rule for authorization to do it . . . which includes conflicts checks and review under the relevant ethics rules.

Matthew Colangelo, JD Harvard law, assistant White House counsel, Acting Associate Attorney General, Deputy Director of the National Economic Council, and "Distinguished Lecturer" at Georgetown Law didn't take $12,000 from the DNC to secure charges against the Trump Foundation.

Unlike some attorneys we have seen in the past few years who became completely lost in the fog of Trumpism and now find themselves disbarred, under threat of disbarment or serious sanction, or criminally indicted, most lawyers - and I'm not referring to any "side" of the tribal landscape, I truly mean most - with these kinds of distinguished resumes are (1) principled enough to avoid sanctionable behavior and (2) smart enough to avoid serious scrutiny by keeping it clean.

In all fairness…it appears that Barrons graduation is supposed to be that morning. Figure a few hours, Trump should be able to attend it, hop on his jet, and make it to Minnesota that evening.

It's hilarious he is coming to Minnesota. A state that hasn't voted for a Republican in over 50 years.

They obviously think RFK is going to pull votes the way the Libertarian/Green party did in 2016. RFK is to conservative for this state though.

My wife's adopted family lived in Duluth/Superior. Twin cities north, heh. My first time there, it was mid March, lake was still frozen over and 2 feet of fresh snow on the ground.

I had to search out of curiosity after reading this. They voted for Eisenhower in 52 and 56. They also voted Nixon in 72.
They were the only state to vote for Walter Mondell in 1984. You're right. Trump doesn't have a snow balls chance in hell

Based on her description, and it's consistent with what she's described about the encounter in the past, she was definitely raped. Just because you never say no or stop doesn't mean you weren't raped. She didn't plan on having sex, didn't want sex and felt like she was cornered and didn't have a choice. I mean, I get it, she's a porn star, who is also human and didn't ask for this. This was exactly what Trump meant by Trump saying he could grab a woman by the p... and Stormy even states that guys like Trump can and will do that or something like that to demonstrate that they have the power to do that.
