Control of the Senate is on the line. Assuming the current numbers will stand on recount, only 1.9% of the vote (90,295 votes) separated Republican incumbent David Perdue from his Democratic challenger, Jon Ossof. The third place Libertarian candidate received 2.3% of the vote (144,566 votes). In the special election, Raphael Warnock led the pack with 32.9% of the vote trailed by incumbent Kelly Loeffler who received 25.9% of the vote. Doug Collins, the other major GOP candidate, finished with 20% of the vote. Various other Democrat candidates finished with a combined 15.5% of the vote. Various other GOP candidates finished with 3.4% and roughly 2% for independent candidates.

Andrew Yang has posted that he will be moving to Georgia to help campaign for Ossof and Warnock.

RCP is showing Ossof is doing what he needed with some counties reporting 85%. Also some red counties are showing lower turnout than November.
at this point who knows. At least there is hope for the Dems.

I’m allowing myself to feel a little hope for the first time. The red counties are filling in fast, and each one of them don’t equal that much raw vote differences Savanah hasn’t reported at all, which is a big blue area.

So far, results are 1 point difference between Ossoff and Warnock as well. It looks like Dems may pick up both seats.

It's going to be very tight, and I don't expect a winner to be declared tonight, but I think if I had to bet, I'd put my money on both seats being picked up by the Dems as of right now. But I wouldn't feel very confident in that.

Yea, when I made my prediction just a bit ago, the margins weren’t looking as strong as they do now. Dems have a legit shot it looks like.

Looks like we must have cheated too much this time. Better safe than sorry.

Now the margin shrinking rapidly. It’s gonna be close. Very close.
