By sensible gin legislation, do you mean when he says things like ...people don't need guns... that have those....bullets... and can have multiple rounds ... in clips...of their AR 14s...get a double barrel shotgun...fire two warning shots....

Every time he speaks about guns he proves he doesn't have a clue what he is talking about.
So he slips up when speaking. Unlike Trump, he'll actually surround himself with the most capable people in their field for his cabinet (and actually have the entire thing filled - also not just with "acting" heads who get hired and fired on a whim). So his administration would be putting sensible gun legislation into place, not Joe Biden mid-campaign where his age is obviously showing. And don't pretend like Trump hasn't screwed up speaking just as much, if not more, than Biden has over the years.

I can see now how Democrats are going to talk themselves into voting for a man who has dementia. We will see how the Hiding Biden 2020 tour holds up during the debates.

You should just copy this and have is on hand to repost over and over through November. You'll be complaining about a lot of whataboutism over and over.

The thing is, that it's not whataboutism at all. Every problem you see in Biden is going to be directly compared to Trump, because that's who he's running against. And none of those comparisons will be favorable to Trump. I mean, complaining about Biden's senility when compared to that of Trump's is laughable.

You've known this was going to be the case for 4 years now. Nobody is having to talk themselves into ignoring Biden's limitation in order to vote for him over Trump. We see them, we just see Trump's as well.

Bernie says it's not over dammit...

(Barring some type of epic failure, it's over, Bernie.)

As president would Biden be his own man or President-In-Name-Only, while the party machine actually held the reins of power? Would he merely be a figurehead or would they actually let him lead?

Naw, Biden doesn't strike as a Dubya type....

I never said that. I'm just pointing out that all you can do is point out everything that is wrong with Joe Biden and nothing that is good. The man has some flaws. No one is questioning that. And while you and others may not have any intention on voting for Trump, the constant beating on Biden (and everyone else not named Bernie Sanders) is indirectly doing the work for Trump.

It's primary season. Being critical of candidates is part of the process. It may annoy you or others, but I've heard constant beating on my candidate from folks here too. But the difference is that I have no problem with that. I engage people about those attacks to spur dialogue, because it's important i think to understand the reality of a situation. I've been wrong many times in that process, but it's usually a learning experience.

Also, the idea that if Democrats don't all sing the praises of the nominee that it means Trump will win is nonsensical. Clinton was wildly unpopular but still won three popular vote. It's also unhealthy to scold people who raise concerns about legiimate issues of the person who will be running their country for the next 4 years. An internet message board comment someone doesn't like isn't going to make a difference. And if that person's notion is incorrect , shouldn't the truth be pursued and come out anyway?

The short answer is no, people shouldn't keep quiet about their concerns of their party's candidate. Especially if they are substantive.

You've been defending a man for three solid years who's been showing signs of dementia.

It's always interesting to see people make up stuff about you, and then tell you all about it. I haven't always been a supporter of Trump.

I only started supporting Trump after carefully and deliberately listening to the arguments of the left.

And when someone tried to explain that a lot of Trump's "support" was actually revulsion due to a grotesque Hillary the reaction from many on the left was a combination of disbelief and a bizzare rage.

Oh my that is a riot.

So you are all for blowing up the national debt crippling the state department when you were just a republican?

Cuz the only answer is yes with that.

When you were a young republican you were just praying for a leader that raw dogs porn stars and buys them off?

Thanks dude I needed to crack up today. You are a riot.

I don't see many doing well unless the economy happens to tank

My point of view, economy or not, no one will do well against Trump if they want to stick to the issues and take the high road.

It should've been clear for everyone when Marco Rubio mentioned the casino bankruptcies and the small hands, and how flustered Trump got. But for whatever reason, everyone backed out.

Watching the last debates, there many moments when Trump threw nothing but at Clinton and she either refuse to get muddy, or just didn't have the wits to do so.

    Is that you Joe?

Yes it was. Because for all her faults, Hillary is still not worse than Trump. But I won't waste time trying to convince you of that.
