My point of view, economy or not, no one will do well against Trump if they want to stick to the issues and take the high road.
It should've been clear for everyone when Marco Rubio mentioned the casino bankruptcies and the small hands, and how flustered Trump got. But for whatever reason, everyone backed out.
Watching the last debates, there many moments when Trump threw nothing but at Clinton and she either refuse to get muddy, or just didn't have the wits to do so.
Yes it was. Because for all her faults, Hillary is still not worse than Trump. But I won't waste time trying to convince you of that.
Clinton went after voters like me, which as we all learned was a terrible idea.
I often wondered why no one went after Trump's business record during the primaries, it seemed really weird to me.
If nothing else Grandpa Joe might make the debates entertaining given how he's willing to say that random heckler's are full of shirt. Maybe he'll just say fork it and go after Trump. Won't give me confidence that he's fit for the job, but it could be entertaining.
Likewise, it was strange to see Biden's "opponents" let him get away with talking about how closely he has worked with China's leaders. Not one of them had the guts to ask him how those relationships benefited his son.
Clyborn can help you get the black vote, but that vote primarily helps in hopelessly lost states for Democrats. Unfortunately we don’t distribute delegates proportionally. I respect Clyborn, so I hope Biden considers his advice, but a midwesterners or Floridian carries more weight.Man
Still a big fan of hers. She was hands down the best option for real change for working class Americans. When you consider her track record of getting work done compared to Bernie it is staggering.
Her real problem was she couldn't stay in her lane. I would think saying lack of honesty is not her problem.
She was the middle of the road and should have stayed there. The plan for everything and being prepared was her down fall. Everyone else makes blanket statements with no plans yet people buy that nonsense.
Biden is the bought and paid for political machine. He is gonna have to give out favors just like he always has to huge donor wants. Just like he sides with the credit card industry rewrite of personal bankruptcy laws. If you don't think so why did the market have a huge rally after super Tuesday?
Bernie is a bit much for most. And it is really sad to say too Jewish. I would like to think we were past that but we are not. I think all the Bernie policy change is kinda pie in the sky as long as Mitch is employed and should be taken with a grain of salt.
In other words it is kinda like building a wall all talk but not happening.
Out of the two left in the race I really don't care. One is not gonna do what I want and the other can't.
But whom ever is left they better pick someone from a swing state as a running mate.
If Biden gets it he better ask Jim clyburn who he wants it to be because he is the only reason he is in the race.
Jim Clyburn is a king maker at this point.
Florida, Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania are all in the top half of states with the highest percent black population.Clyborn can help you get the black vote, but that vote primarily helps in hopelessly lost states for Democrats. Unfortunately Trump won't be able to go after him in that way.
You really think Trump is going to go the cautious route? As Biden tends to say, "come on man!"
Oh, he'll bring it up, because his supporters magically see rampant grift with the Biden family and none in the Trump family. You're probably right.... but it's an issue he's weak on, so it doesn't seem like something he'd want to bring up.

I think it might be a calculated move b/c he believes people who would vote for Biden would care more about that kind of thing than people who would be inclined to vote for Trump would be.
Trump likes to trigger people and Biden completely loses control at the very mention of Hunter. I Democrats are currently trying to pretend that they can't see it, but that's a new game that is being played. A few weeks ago those same people who support him now were openly questioning his mental health.
It's not like his bizzare public fits of rage are over. The stress of the campaign is only going to hasten his decline.
I think you're underestimating how much the "other side" despises Trump and holds him in contempt. Biden isn't Hillary, and Democrats want Trump out. The increasingly obvious virus response debacle won't help Trump either. No matter how demented/senile Biden might be, people don't HATE him. But a lot of people hate Trump, and would gladly vote for a Biden who is cognitively impaired versus a sociopathic narcissictic jerkoff who is also cognitively impaired. Whatever Biden's limitations, I am confident he can at least defer to others who might have more expertise on certain issues, rather than going with "instinct" or "hunch" over expertise. Plus, Biden won't appoint more Kavanaughs to the SC.Trump likes to trigger people and Biden completely loses control at the very mention of Hunter. Biden is not cognitively impaired. Good grief. He has a stutter and misspeaks. He’s just fine cognitively. Don’t repeat the lies of the alt right.
