I assumed that the delay was a mistake in California and it was not some evil plot to suppress voting. Maybe that is what everyone should do, not just with a state you 'support'.

Not when there's clear evidence to the contrary. That's just lying to yourself in order to not deal with an inconvenient/uncomfortable fact.

I find a lot of people do that constantly.

As of now there is a 65 delegate lead for Biden, which just shows there is a long way to any sure thing regarding the nomination.

    Biden 566
    Sanders 501

Maybe it's me being naive but I don't think Bernie is out of it yet.

I don't think so either, but I definitely think he fell flat yesterday and is working an uphill battle now. I think he vs Biden will be an interesting battle for the rust belt/union workers as both are attractive in that regard.

I see wall street liked Biden's turnaround. Guess they are are more confident the cushy tax breaks for billion dollar companies would stick around longer if he won out over Bernie

... or at least they see Biden in an enemy of my enemy, least painful type.

So they didn’t really mean to close all those polling places, which took place predominantly in Democratic leaning areas? It was just an innocent mistake? That’s what you’re going with?

A glitch can be a mistake. Purposefully closing polling places where people don’t tend to vote for your party isn’t a mistake.

I don't mind that Bloomberg has an armed security detail. In fact, it's probably wise if he is going to continue to criticize Bernie.

It's just hypocritical for people like him to want to prohibit ordinary citizens from defending themselves with firearms when that's exactly what they do.

Not really seeing the hypocrisy. Now if he wanted to make sure everyone except him had to abide by certain rules, then that would be hypocritical.

What you seem to expect him to do is to unilaterally disarm, before the rules change. That would be stupid, you wouldn’t do it, so you shouldn’t expect him to. Nope, he gets to do whatever is within the current laws, until they change, and then he has to abide by the laws as they are written.
