I'll note that as this conflict dragged on, I shifted my view that Biden indeed had deference towards the state of Israel. There are to be massive protests today and tomorrow. One Mayor said he will dismiss all city employees for one day in protest as well.

Nope. As long as he holds that coalition of his together, he's not going anywhere. Politically, Netanyahu needs to ensure this deal doesn't get done anytime soon. The hostages and Palestinian people are pawns in this.

That was my hope. Still, won't be happy until he resigns.

After watching several documentaries about him/Israel and Palestine, it was clear he had every intention of doing what he doing now. Just needed an "opening" and Hamas gave it to him.
