    Today it begins, Kamala has reached the point that she's the Democratic Party nominee:

    She spent yesterday on the telephone for most of the day. I read that yesterday that she called the party leaders in all 50 states. That would take me three days.

    i keep thinking he thinks that if gas is $2.00 a gallon, that will mean transportation costs come down, thereby lowering THAT aspect of cost of goods, but "drilling" to drill doesnt equal oil nor capacity to refine into gasoline

    its simple talk to a simple audience

    When talking about the economy/inflation, he started off sayin "wall st thinks we are on the brink of a DEPRESSION" ( he meant to say Recession) and was about to get into the finer points, realized where he was at ( in boxing himself in ) and said " im not gonna explain the workings of ...." ( clearly had no idea how to explain economics ) and then pivoted to inflation and Jerome Powell.

    Gas prices at present have only a little to do with crude oil production. Refining capacity is limited and all refined fuels are in a global market.

    IE: We can only make so much gas, even if we had all the world's supply of crude right here. Of the gas we can make, unless you want to socialize fuel production, Exxon, Gulf, BP etc can sell it for as much as they can get from anyone in the world (Save a few rogue states like Russia). If the Chinese/French/Whoever are willing to pay more, us Americans will have to pay more.

    That would make sense if they were going to separate out different policy subjects for each - maybe they will.

    I think one of them may be a VP debate. Trump mentioned something about a VP debate when he was talking about the 3 debates, but as usual his incoherency made it impossible to understand what he was saying.

    Actually wasn't a fan of this really until I thought about couchf'er (woah I wrote it out and it wasn't censored LOL) as the new "Let's Go Brandon."

    In that sense, seems like fair game.

    They lie about our side all the time, so fork them. And, JD hasn't actually expressly denied it, has he? And if he did, that's exactly what you would expect a couch forker to do.

    Not even to mention that Trump really jump started his political career with the birther thing..

    I actually just thought it was sort of dumb and not particularly funny with the little references and all considering it's not true.. though like I said, just refer to him as couch forker from now on instead of his name.. do you know how funny that would be to attach that to the guy forever? It's like inglorious bastages and carving the swastika in the forehead..
