She spent yesterday on the telephone for most of the day. I read that yesterday that she called the party leaders in all 50 states. That would take me three days.

If there are "Trump loyal" officials that refuse to certify election results to stop a full state from certifying, then they need to be prosecuted. If any can be linked to Trump, then he needs to be prosecuted as well. There needs to be attention to this possibility right now with a plan in place to force valid vote certifications. This is disgusting, anti-American behavior, if true.

December 11, 2024 - Certificates of Ascertainment Due is the Jan, 6th 2021 of this election. Trump's plan hinges on keeping some states from being certified when that day rolls around.

Biden needs to executive order to death the strategy of planting Trump operatives to prevent votes from being certified. State and federal courts have already forced election officials to certify votes. The law and the state and lower courts are on Biden and our side. Biden needs to have a swift acting plan in place to force every Trump operative to certify the vote prior to December 1st so that every state can meet the December 11, 2024 - Certificates of Ascertainment Due deadline.

Every honest attorney who specializes in constitutional election law needs to start preparing strong legal arguments with strong case citations that can be used to block the vote for president going to the House of Representatives if election officials refuse to certify their elections. That's Trump's and his minion's plan. To keep the election from being certified to force the decision into the House where Trump would probably win a majority of each state's single vote.

In the following states these are who oversee that state's elections and their governors. Based on how these same people stood up to Trump in 2020, it looks like it'll be tough sledding for Trump to pull any shenanigans in all but one of these states.

Governor - Democrat

Georgia
Secretary of State (split with an appointed Board) - Sec of State is Republican who was reelected by large margin in 2022 after defying Trump in 2020. A power play by the Georgia Senate this year to give the Board power over the Sec of State was defeated by Georgia House and the Republican governor.

Governor - Republican

Michigan
Secretary of State - Democrat
Governor - Democrat

Nevada
Secretary of State - Democrat
Governor - Republican backed by Trump

North Carolina
State Election Board (appointed by Democratic governor with a Democratic majority) The board and the current serving Executive Director of the board have drawn the ire of Republicans in the state legislature since the 2020 election.

Governor - Democrat who took himself out of running for VP which keeps Trump backed Republican Lt Governor from taking over as governor.

Pennsylvania
Secretary of the Commonwealth (appointed by Democratic governor) – Republican who as a Philadelphia City Commissioner defied Trump in 2020 and testified in Jan 6th hearings against Trump.

Governor – Democrat
Lt. Governor – Democrat

Minnesota – just because Trump has recently campaigned there
Secretary of State – Democrat
Governor - Democrat
Lt Governor - Democrat

Wisconsin
Administrator of Elections Commission (appointed by bipartisan Elections Commission and confirmed by state senate) – current Administrator is nonpartisan and unanimously confirmed by state senate before 2020 election. The Administrator defied Trump in 2020. Since then, Republican’s in the state senate have tried a few times to oust her and failed, including in the Wisconsin Supreme Court on their last attempt.
