FYI: The FBI didn't drag it's feet on an investigation because of lack of jursdiction. That's Sendai just making stuff up like the FBI was helping with the congressional investigation.

Trump should be tried in Federal court. I'm assuming he was talking about the fake electors that tried to help him pull off the scheme.
