Today it begins, Kamala has reached the point that she's the Democratic Party nominee:

There's video from today. this link has video from her first public appearance since Biden endorsed her:

She spent yesterday on the telephone for most of the day. I read that yesterday that she called the party leaders in all 50 states. That would take me three days.

She's renamed her YouTube channel, that's the where to go for video: https://www.youtube.com/@kamalaharris

This is her video on her channel from two hours ago:

To play it, start it, and then move it up to 5:47. This was one of those live videos which don't start at zero.

I've named this thread General Election 2024 Harris vs Trump

Trump needs an introduction post as well, a MAGA suporter ought to write it: @Farb, @SaintForLife , @Others, calling for someone to please introduce your GOP candidate for this 2024 general election thread.

This is nothing new. I was in food service for many years. Servers combined had to report 8 % of net sales or risk being audited.
It didn't matter what party held the Presidents office
imagine different candidates having different policies.. maybe that's something you never heard of. and you know that VPs don't really have a say in policies..

I saw a breakdown of Trump’s “no tax on tips” proposal - I may have even posted it here. It will come as no surprise that whoever wrote it for him structured it so that it didn’t actually benefit low wage wait staff. But it could be used by wealthy professionals to convert some of their fees into “tips” and give themselves a huge tax break.

I’m willing to bet that Harris’ proposal won’t be structured that way.

I refuse to even talk about it. If any Republican wants to have a discussion about tax policy, or economic policies in general go for it: Inflation, wage growth, CPI, IRS funding, whatever.

Trump has dragged these people down to: rally crowd size, "no tax on tips", and OPEN BORDERS.

It's topics for people who don't understand the world, and don't want to learn.

Next she will adopt Trump's border policies. She wants to be like Trump.
So, you are saying she doesn’t want legislation passed? That was what your false god wanted and the gutless, immoral Republican Party kissed his azz.

Why do you and the Republican Party hate America?

But why did the inflation reduction act of 2022 allow the IRS to crack down on the tips of service workers?

Her border policy is to pass the immigration bill Trump killed into law.
Oh you mean the bill that would have done nothing to fix the border, but it would give more power to Mayorkas(who won't even enforce existing law) & give more money to NGOs who are helping illegals.

There was a real immigration bill that the House passed in 2023 that would have addressed many of the problems at the border, but that's exactly why the Senate refused to take up the bill.

Link to where the act actually did that or politely close your piehole. The only place anything vaguely shows up like that is the Washington Examiner p, a notoriously bad source, and idiots like the Locke Society who predicted the act would cause a recession. But like virtually all RW and/or Libertarians they were wrong.

OMG - are they actually trying to get #CopyCatKamala to trend? Are they all 8 years old?

Bullschlitz. YOUR anti-American party got everything they wanted in the bill and your anti-American false god demanded that they do nothing with it. Your gutless party, your gutless false god with their anti-American party first bullschlitz refused to do their duty to the country. As for 2023? Bullschlitz again. Your party does not want to do anything about immigration. They want an issue to campaign on.

Why do you and the Republican Party hate America?

Oh, and you are lying about Mayorkas.
