North Carolina House Seats: Three already called Democrat wins reporting only 61%, 59%, and 24%. Of the called GOP House Seats, only one is at 77% and the rest at 90% or above. Is there enough ground for Biden to take NC? Who knows? Are there absentee ballots not counter? Who knows. I'm guessing probably not given Biden/Cunningham's early lead that evaporated.

Yes, I continue to believe that Biden will win, if the votes are allowed to be counted, but Trump will try everything in the playbook to stop the counting.

I may be hoping for too much, but I suspect if the votes are valid, they'll get counted.

NC is so close that it may require full count (recount?) of all forms of voting - not sure where they are in the process.

My friend that lives in NC is pretty crushed. From everything I know NC is pretty much a bipolar state. A big chunk is pretty liberal, but another is pretty (R). I kept trying to encourage him, but Biden's lead evaporated and now it looks like trump is ahead there.

I'm about to tune out the coverage. How many times do I need to hear look at these numbers, but remember don't pay attention to these numbers because they don't mean anything yet.

It's watching coverage of an approaching hurricane. All stress, very little actionable information. One of the advantages of being on the west coast is that I can tune back in around 11:00pm and pretty much know who won. That's what I'm going to do.

Fwiw, I'm just glancing at the numbers every now and then. Not even listening to the commentary. Just peek at the new calls when they get posted at the top of the hour. Anything more than that would just be cruel and unusual punishment.

Chuck Todd - NC won’t be called tonight, but Cunningham is lagging Biden.

Guess infidelity with an enlisted’s wife by an officer doesn’t play well in NC. He consistently polled +6 until news broke and he dropped to +2.5. I said once it broke he was done. We’ll see but he might cost the Ds the Senate.

Yeah it ain't over yet, Biden definitely has a chance.. but it'd be a more narrow victory than we wanted..
