Trump needs to be pulling in like 60% to overtake Biden and he is at 51%.

Fox News knew what they were doing when they called this.

Biden is gonna get 306. The trumper tears are delicious. Snowflakes melting down

ETA- Biden now up nearly 10k in PA

The Ghost of McCain strikes...insulting and desecrating the memory of AZ's favorite son was not a good move by trump. Messed up part is that McCain's last presidential run paved the way for morons like trump to seek out the WH, trump should've been more grateful for McCain.

Turns out going out of your way to be a huge arse to people just because you have a bruised ego is bad politics. Who knew!

It was 306-232 exactly last time as well and what did Trump call it?

    .. brought you down.

Trump was and still is an idiot for how he treated McCain. Good for Arizona.

The Senate may very well end up 50-50, giving Democrats control. I think still 3 seats left to determine, 2 in GA, and the other one...Alaska maybe? I think the Democrats best bet is to knock off one of the Georgia Senate seats.

I read somewhere that once all of California is counted the final gap in the popular vote should be around 7 million.

So if 306-232 with -3 million votes is a landslide I don't even know what you would call 306-232 with a +7 million vote.

Alaska is all outstanding mail in ballots. Could be interesting.

They were talking about it on NPR this morning and mentioned the effort going Latinx organizers and activists have been putting in to drive the vote in their communities as well.

It is important to remember that it's going to be a pretty solid win for Biden over Trump, but not for Democrats over Republicans. Republicans expanded their control of state legislatures, took back seats in the House, and at the moment held onto their Senate majority (TBD).

We're going to spend several months I'm sure debating what that means. I think Biden has a clear mandate to clean up the obvious messes of the Trump years (the breaking of Democratic norms, repair relationships with allies, general chaos in administration, 4AM tweet storms, divisive language, etc). But I don't think there is a huge mandate for all the policy goals.

That doesn't mean I don't think he should still pursue his policy goals -- I absolutely think he should. But I think it would be smart to not pretend that he has a clear "will of the people" moment for policies. He's going to need to continue to work to sell his vision and his goals.

I'm not optimistic that this would happen, but the party leadership has to take the bull by the horns and clean house. They can't do much about Graham and Cruz as Senators, but they can repudiate those conspiracy theories and freeze them out of party leadership positions. McConnell will be the toughest nut to crack because he's majority leader.

I'm not sure there's enough appetite in the party to make a big push to discipline those peddling the conspiracy theory BS, but it really needs to happen sooner or later.

Well I would say good luck to that.

Just look at the people they elected.

The Q freaks and a 25 year old white supremacists with the sole real world job experience is part time fast food.

It is gonna take a couple flushes for all the turds to go down.
