    https://www.foxnews.com/us/135-teachers-charged-child-sex-crimes-this-year-alone

"At least 135 teachers and teachers’ aides have been arrested so far this year on child sex-related crimes in the U.S., ranging from child pornography to raping students.

An analysis conducted by Fox News Digital looked at local news stories week by week featuring arrests of teachers and teachers’ aides on child sex-related crimes in school districts across the country. Arrests that weren't publicized were not counted in the analysis, meaning the true number may well be higher.

The analysis found that at least 135 teachers and teachers’ aides have been arrested in 41 states between January 1 and May 13, which works out to about an arrest a day on average."

I said on this board a while ago that eventually that public education will over take the catholic church sex abuse scandal. While I not sure what will be bigger but the toll taken on kids demand we look into this. 135 educators in less than half a year. Terrible. I didn't know where to put this, so I created this thread.

You aren't against gender theory in elementary school, though. You are against public schools, period.
Is there a difference at this point? That is why I am against government schools.

    No, never even seen one.
They asked the question, because the brave teacher explained that she was non-binary to a kindergarten class. She was so desperate for affirmation that she needed it from her 5 year olds. That is healthy. I wonder if that teacher ever spent time around kids before.

Not according to the link you shared. She said she never broached the subject at previous schools but now teaches at "arts and theater nonprofits that are more supportive of LGBTQ staff and students," which is what prompted her to ask her students for the names and pronouns they prefer. She never said anything about hers until she was asked.

And the kids aren't five. It was a fifth-grade class. You either didn't read the article or you insist on lying about it. Stop being dishonest.

Or Dallas. Another drag show for kids. How brave.
So, it comes down to who get to indoctrinate the kids? Groomers that are not sure what their gender is and needs to discuss it with a 4 year old to get self affirmation or a parent. The left has picked the state, the right has picked the parents.
Now we just see who wins.
So all parents who are not right-wing are groomers? Really, Farb, the 'okay, groomer' refrain is something I expect from SFL who just parrots the buzzwords, but not you.

Yes. Would you have a problem with parents taking their children to burlesque/strip show? Would you have problem with parents giving children money to put a dollar in the underwear of a stripper?
Whose job is it to tell parents how to raise their kids?

I expect it from him. He and many others are on a crusade paint everything about the LGBTQ+ people in the worst possible light so that Americans turn against diversity and inclusion and go back to exclusion. Part of the MAGA doctrine.

Nope. Most parents don't want their kids at drag shows or want drag shows at school. Most parents don't think gender theory is a conversation to be had at school, much less elementary school. This isn't a right-wing or left-wing issue.
It is either you are for sexualizing children or you are not. I am against it and will say it loud and proud!

    Society, church, community, family values?
So it would be ok for public schools to tell parents how to raise their kids?

Or are public schools not part of society or community?

Or, the LGTBQ community can stand up with everyone else and say 'yeah, the gender theory for school children is a bit much' and then everyone is on the same side. But, you guys will never agree with someone like me (there goes inclusion and diversity) so you are forced to defend the strangest stances just so you won't agree with someone that is right wing.

What you want if for LGBTQ+ people to hide or be invisible in society. You may not care if we exist, but you certainly don't want us being visible. You're whole crusade against gender theory is that you want people that are Trans, Non-Binary and gay to hide or lie about who they are and identify as you would prefer them to (as they were assigned at birth) in order to be allowed to teach so that your heteronormative world view is the only one visible to kids . But really, what you want us all to do is disappear and prefer that we not be teachers and educators so that LGBTQ+ people will be forced back into obscurity.

There is nothing evil, bad or wrong with LGBTQ+ people telling kids who they are! That's not gender theory, that's just being honest and authentic. Kids are more than capable of understanding without being sexualized and you've provided scant evidence that kids are being sexualized. So no, I will not be joining your crusade.

Just to get this straight, I want all gay people to disappear because I don't think discussing how a boy can become a girl and men can have babies in elementary school is the best approach to public education?
Like I said, you are forced to pick some strange positions just for a voting block. I know several gay men and women that think gender theory is complete garbage, so it not a 'community' approved position as you think.
Having 2 guys get married is not the same as confusing children about the reality we live in. Gay is reality. A man having a baby is not.

So now LGBTQ+ educators are discussing how men can have babies in elementary school? Are you always forced to make extreme, nonexistent accusations to make you point?

Sure, you have the pulse of the gay community.

Well, it is Pride Month, after all.

I think this is a pretty good analysis of the trans situation. Can’t disagree with any of it.

Really, I disagreed with his premise on the actual problem. I don't think the right 'hates' trans people at all. I could careless about the LGTBQ as a whole people are people. I think it is silly that people feel the need to take 'pride' in who they prefer to have sex with (yes, I know about history). I think the problem is that we are forced, in society to accept it, not just tolerate it. Why? Why do I have accept and affirm something that I find gross and unnatural? The answer is because it effects someone, who I don't know and have no interaction with, their feelings. That is it. And if a group tells me to do something, then I personally, as a automatic response, begin to move the other way until I can figure out the reason.
A real life example is the baseball players recently who decided to not wear a pride patch on their uniform.

40 years ago some people felt interracial relationships were gross and unnatural.

History will view you and your feeling through a similar lens.

    It's literally the same bigotry.

No one expected you to agree with it.
