The blastocyst is the very first stage. It’s about 8 cells or so, if I remember correctly. It’s the stage in nature that would move down the Fallopian tubes and may or may not embed in the uterus. They are not successful and are naturally flushed out of the woman’s body more often than not.

I would assume there were other arrests. Just like any other shoplifting or other crime ring, they tend to use juveniles to do the actual thefts. Probably a rotating crew and not always the same ones.
