When a donor buys an RV, pays for one of Biden’s relatives home, send one of Biden’s grandkids to a private school and when said donor benefits by having cases before Biden that Biden can materially impact for said donor’s benefit.

And, no, it’s not illegal because the presidential impoundment act allows the president to delay congressional authorizations, as long as he notifies Congress of the delay, the reason, and the conditions require to release it.

He can't arbitrarily hold it back indefinitely. There are rules he has to follow.

Translation: Clarence Thomas abuses his position as a Supreme Court Justice via decisions that directly benefit his puppetmaster(s), sorry, donors. And you have no problem with it.

Should Biden have declared his staying where he did? Of course. Is it the same as what Thomas and Alito have done? Not by a long shot. But you are OK with Republican corruption. Glad we cleared that up.

It’s a famous American revolutionary flag. It was commissioned and flown by George Washington. The phrase comes from John Locke.

SFL: you just aren’t a serious poster here. You’re only a partisan. If one of the democratically appointed justices flew a political flag you would be incensed. Just like you excused Trump using congressionally authorized weapons to blackmail a foreign leader into smearing his political opponent, but say that when Biden withholds one type of offensive weapon to try to mitigate civilian casualties that he should be impeached.

Alito is supposed to stay out of showing deference to a political movement or party. He is corrupt and doesn’t care if anyone knows he is MAGA at this point. He needs to recuse himself at this point at a bare minimum. It would be better if he would resign. He’s hopelessly compromised.

It doesn’t matter what the history is of that flag. It’s been co-opted by Christian Nationalists. He knows that. And I don’t believe for a minute that his wife is responsible for either flag. Only a coward would blame his wife, IMO.

This would drive SFL up the wall. He would be right to be upset by the following. Why does he excuse partisan behavior from Alito? Because he is a partisan, to his core. He doesn’t care what laws, rules, or conventions are broken by his side. That’s perfectly fine.
