It’s so repulsive to see people cheering for what is basically 80% the same thing as the Holocaust - different end result but otherwise very similar.

Economists have said it would tank the economy and cause inflation - notwithstanding the cost.

Is it going to actually happen or is this Build The Wall 2.0?

Is no one paying attention to what Noem actually said during the presser? She and her dept will "occupy" California for as long as the Democrats are in office there.
There's a term the US tend to use for such an action, REGIME CHANGE!

Sen Booker response to today's attack on the US Senate by US Agents:

    “Liberate!?!?”

Get out of California with your fake propaganda.

They need to block everything in Congress in every way possible until they get accountability. Those agents need to be fired and Noem needs to resign, full stop.

What kind of mental lunatics is running this administration? An appointed administration official claiming the right to "liberate" a state using the US millitary because she does not agree with the elected officials in said state. She should be removed immediately but it will not happen because it is all part of this totalitarian regime! Any enlisted soldier or officer should resign rather than go along with this! That statement alone should be enough!

Former Deputy National Security Adviser to President Obama, Ben Rhodes, sounded a dire warning about what is happening under this administration, on Deadline: White House today. If you want to skip the lead up, his remarks start around 6:00.

Been giving this some thought. Having seen accusations of paid actors in these protests, who is to say they aren't being "recruited/paid" by GOP operatives? Intentionally looking to spark protests into riots in which the Administration can respond to, heavily.

Man, 2025 is tracking like the final 4 episodes of Andor.

The Department of Homeland Security started handing out termination notices to thousands of migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela this week after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of a decision that allows the Trump administration to end a Biden-era humanitarian parole program.

Notices reviewed by CNN warned the migrants that if they do not leave voluntarily, they could face enforcement measures including detention and removal, “without an opportunity to make personal arrangements and return to your country in an orderly manner.”

The humanitarian parole program, introduced by the Biden administration, granted eligible migrants permission to enter the United States on a two-year stay. Approximately 530,000 citizens from the four countries were allowed in under the program.

The Trump administration has criticized the program, claiming that it allowed “poorly vetted” migrants into the country. But the program does require applicants to pass background checks and secure a financial sponsor to ensure they would not become a public burden.……..

Cynthia Santiago, an attorney in Southern California, won her high school presidential class race against Stephen Miller, the current White House Deputy Chief of Staff.

More than 20 years later, Santiago is trying to fight Miller’s mass deportation efforts.

Santiago, the daughter of immigrants, has been working to defend immigrants’ rights since 2012.

But having gone to school with Miller, watching his rise to prominence in President Donald Trump’s world, and the actions of the administration he is a senior member of, worried her.

“I was very concerned about where his thoughts were going, his views on immigrationand the immigrant communities, his views against diversity in the United States,” Santiago told The Daily Beast.

Miller, largely credited as the architect of Trump’s immigration policies during his first administration, has seemingly always abided by right-wing ideals and anti-immigration policies……

Writing for the Santa Monica Lookout in 2002, Miller advocated for all announcements to be written in English only, claimed “very few” Hispanic students were in honors classes, and asserted that the school’s political correctness would make Osama bin Laden “feel very welcome at Santa Monica High School.”

The Independent has asked the White House for comment.

Santiago said that many of Miller’s thoughts are “things that he digs from history” and that he doesn’t have much of a “perspective of the world we live in today.”

But with his status as a close Trump ally, Department of Homeland Security advisor, and deputy chief of staff, Miller is able to bring his thoughts to life.…….
